Zoe Kravitz is set to star in the new thriller ‘Gemini’.
The 27-year-old actress has reportedly jumped on board the project alongside John Cho and Lola Kirke after the trio were offered leading roles in the Los Angeles-based flick.
Aaron Katz – known for his work on ‘Land Ho!’ – will direct the project, which he also wrote, while Mynette Louie, Sara Murphy and Adele Romanski are set to produce, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Details on the story of the film are being kept tightly underwraps but it’s believed Ricki Lake, Nelson Franklin and Michelle Forbes have also been cast in the film.
Meanwhile, it’s set to be a busy few months for Kravitz – who was recently seen gracing cinema screens in the third installment of the ‘Divergent’ franchise ‘Allegiant’ – as she’s also set to star opposite Kate McKinnon and Scarlett Johansson in the comedy ‘Rock That Body’.
Cho, 43, is in a similar position as he’ll be busy promoting the forthcoming sci-fi movie ‘Star Trek Beyond’, which is due out next month, after he recently reprised his role as Sulu.
Kirke, 25, on the other hand, has just been cast in the CIA thriller ‘Mena’ alongside Tom Cruise.
‘Gemini’ is expected to hit screens sometime next year, while it’s thought production will kick off in California this summer.
