Vinnie Jones has sold his Hollywood mansion for $2 million – after dropping the price by $350,000.
Despite the Hollywood actor’s pad featuring four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an over-sized kitchen, he was forced to decrease the abode’s price tag due to a lack of interest.
But the ‘Snatch’ star has appeared to make a tidy profit on the plush property after forking out $1.56 million for the house a decade ago, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Fellow actors who enjoy a nice, cold dip after a relaxing day on Hollywood film sets might have been particularly keen to snap up the former footballer’s mansion as it features a swimming pool complete with a pool house.
What’s more, those into a different types of watering holes might be interested to note the property features both indoor and outdoor bars.
Vinnie – who lives in Los Angeles with his wife Tanya Jones – previously admitted he wouldn’t ever return to the UK because it has changed so much since the days he grew up, and the weather is too "depressing".
He said: "There’s nothing to come back to here. It’s not the country I grew up in. It’s a European country now.
"The weather here is depressing. People say you can get bored of the sunshine in LA. No, you can’t."
Last year, former bricklayer Vinnie opened up a carpet shop on an industrial estate in Hemel Hempstead, England, near to where he grew up in Watford, south east England.
He said: "We have super tough carpets and that’s where we will use my hardman image.
"I’m very proud of my roots and I want to show that. It’s important to me to create jobs in the area. I want to give back to the community I came from."
