Vicky Pattison learnt to "slow down" and enjoy what she has got during lockdown.
The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star has admitted the coronavirus pandemic has made her realise she was going "too fast" in life previously, but she has used the time to take stock of the positives.
During an Instagram Live Chat with Black Tower wine, Vicky said: "One of the things lockdown told us was to appreciate the here and the now and stop rushing to the next stage. I’ve always been in a rush in life and never appreciated the things I’ve got.
"I always wanted the next job or the next stage in a relationship. I was always going too fast.
"Lockdown taught us to take my foot off the gas so to speak and just enjoy what I’ve got.
The former ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ winner felt fortunate to have boyfriend Ercan Ramadan during lockdown.
Vicky, 32, said: "I’m so lucky to have had Ercan during lockdown. He’s very positive, he likes to workout just like me. He loves his food, which I love, and we don’t disagree too much unless it’s over the TV."
However, the star revealed she has no plans to marry or have children with Ercan for the moment.
She explained: "I’m enjoying what I’ve got with Ercan and that’s a very loving and serious relationship. But no, no wedding bells, no pitter patter of tiny feet. None of that yet!
"My sister’s just had a baby and it looks like hard work."
What’s more, during the chat – which is available on Black Tower’s IGTV – Vicky revealed her top tips on how she keeps happy and healthy.
The UK’s number one wine brand from Germany, Black Tower’s Fruity White, Rosé and Smooth Red wines are available at ASDA, Tesco, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s with bottles priced at £5 nationwide.
