Tyla Carr promised her grandfather she wouldn’t have sex on television – but she’s convinced that vow will "pear-shaped" now she’s in the ‘Love Island’ villa.
The 24-year-old model, from Surrey, joined the group of hopeful romantics in the famous villa in Majorca, Spain, last night (22.06.17) and has admitted she has no qualms locking lips with the male and female contestants because, although she’s attracted to men, she regularly smooched her girl pals on a night out anyway.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper before she entered the abode, she said: "I promised my grandad I wouldn’t have sex on TV but I do worry that vow will all go pear shaped. I’ve kissed a girl and I liked it. I’ve done it loads. I’m a real girls’ girl. I now I will get along with them all. Whenever I’m on nights out with my girlie mates in clubs I kiss them. I’m not shy. I’m hoping to show my wild side on ‘Love Island’. I’m a bit of a raver and a misbehaver. If anyone dares me to do something I will."
The brunette beauty – who previously took part in Channel 4’s ‘First Dates’ – is desperate to find love but has admitted she’s very "picky" when it comes to men.
She said: "I’m a serial dater. I go on dates two or three times a week but I’ve not found the right person. I’m very picky. The slightest imperfection and I’m off."
And she’s already got her eye on fellow contestants Dom Lever and Chris Hughes.
The model joined the show along with Leeds barber Simon Searles, 28, on Wednesday (21.06.17) following the shock eviction of Jessica Shears and Mike Thalassitis from the villa in a shock twist.
Mike was evicted after host Caroline Flack revealed the three couples with the lowest votes were Chloe and Chris, Jessica and Dom and Olivia and Mike.
The remaining islanders had to then choose who will be evicted from the show.
