Casey Batchelor loses a stone in four weeks

Casey Batchelor lost a stone in four weeks after being taunted by online bullies.
The 29-year-old glamour model - who has gone from nine stone to eight stone - was tired of receiving abuse from Twitter trolls over her "chubby" figure and was determined to banish her "wobbly bits" for good.
Talking about her dramatic weight loss, Casey shared: "I'm going to be in my bikini for most of the summer and I was fed up with cruel comments on Twitter about how I looked chubby and overweight. No one can say that now. I'm so much more toned - I've got rid of all my puppy fat.
"I did so much work and have got in the best shape of your life."
Casey was particularly hurt by comments about her weight when she appeared on 'Celebrity Big Brother' in January and made a conscious effort to shed the extra pounds once she left the house.
She lamented: "I hated the way I looked when I came out. If I put on weight, it shows. I had a puffiness around my face. I didn't feel good about myself and couldn't wear the kind of clothes that really show off my figure to its best effect.
"You could see my wobbly bits in the pictures. Who wants big love handles hanging over their trousers?"
The brunette beauty has now overhauled her eating habits using Forza Supplements' Raspberry K2 diet capsules and takes exercise as often as possible.
Casey explained: "I take one just before I exercise every day. They give me a little energy lift. They are also great for suppressing your appetite at weak moments. I'm a big fan of Oreos and I would always take one Raspberry K2 just when I was reaching for the cookie jar and the urge to snack would go away."
While she's pleased with the results of her strict diet and exercise regime, Casey admits there is only one part of her body she's still unhappy with - her breasts.
The glamour model used to be a 32GG but has dropped a cup size, leaving her with 32FFs and has said she wants to have a surgical lift when she's older.
She joked: "I don't want my boobs to be dangling around my ankles when I get in my 40s!"

Charlotte Crosby: Weight jibes are sad

Charlotte Crosby is saddened by recent criticism over her weight.
The 'Geordie Shore' star - who has previously claimed she piles on the pounds due to the MTV reality show - has hit out at jibes about her figure after she was spotted strolling along a beach in a red bikini last month, but admits the reaction has made her rethink her dietary habits.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'm not the sort of person who's ever in the magazines ... I think in my whole entire life I've been on TV, that's happened to me about twice. So when the weight thing came out, it was kind of a shock and it wasn't very nice to see, because of all the things I've done, the only thing they concentrate on is weight.
"I think at the minute, that's the thing that makes the world go round and it is a bit sad.
"It's something that gives a shock, but maybe something that makes me change my diet and exercise habit because it wasn't very nice.
"I'm grateful for it though because without that, I wouldn't have realised that I need to make a change."
The 23-year-old star says boozy nights out, often followed by greasy meals, while filming 'Geordie Shore' lead to her putting on weight.
She added: "I don't gain weight fast, I gain it gradually. It's been a gradual gain over two years and it's just piled on and piled on. I think it's my lifestyle ... I really wasn't eating healthily. I was eating three takeaways a day or a s**t load of alcohol. When I'm on 'Geordie Shore', I drink every night."
Charlotte admits part of the problem is her love of fast food and she even uses food to cope with her emotions.
She said: "I don't like chocolate - I'm more of a proper food person. I love Chinese or McDonald's, stuff like that.
"I eat all the time. I think I probably eat to make myself happy because when I eat, I love it."
'Geordie Shore' returns on Tuesday, July 22 at 10pm on MTV (Sky 126).

Fiona Wade was target of racist bullies

Fiona Wade was the target of racist bullies at school.
The 'Emmerdale' actress - who is half-English and half-Filipino - has revealed her torment at the hands of mean-spirited youngsters when she was growing up.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "When you are a little different at school it singles you out. I was into my singing, dancing and acting and so I stood out. People would call me names and I was a different race so I got picked on for that.
"It was always by the other kids. I didn't get any racist abuse from adults, thank goodness."
The soap actress found fame at a young age on children's programme 'Grange Hill', which led to even more cruel jibes.
Fiona said: "I didn't enjoy school that much. It wasn't easy. I would get picked up by these lovely cars to take me to filming and that didn't bode very well with the others. Pupils would go, 'What do you think you're doing?' "
However, Fiona was determined not to let the bullies get the best of her and remains proud of the way she dealt with the situation.
She reflected: "It was nothing I couldn't handle. When I look back now, I survived it so it is all OK. People are always going to pick on you if you are a bit different. But different is good, people should never worry about that."

Tess Daly wants to launch US career

Tess Daly wants to launch a hosting career in the United States.
The 'Strictly Come Dancing' presenter admits she would love to move to America if she was offered a TV job, but doesn't want to uproot her daughters - Phoebe, nine, and Amber, five - as they are still in school.
Tess, 45, told Woman magazine: "I'd love to live in the States for a couple of months a year, just because it feels like you're on holiday the whole time. I love that sunshiney, everything-is-possible vibe.
"But it's not really practical to take the kids out of school here and schlep over there to do the rounds.
"If I was offered a show on a plate, that would be very tempting.
"But, right now, the focus is on the kids."
Tess' husband, fellow TV presenter Vernon Kay, has already had a taste of the US spotlight as he hosted short-lived reality competition 'Skating with the Stars' - an American version of 'Dancing on Ice' - in 2010.
Fellow children's presenter-turned-primetime hostess Cat Deeley, meanwhile, has enjoyed success across the pond as host of 'So You Think You Can Dance'.
Cat, 37, recently earned her third Emmy Award nomination for the show.

Arg and Lydia spend night together?

James 'Arg' Argent and Lydia Bright reportedly spent the night together.
'The Only Way is Essex' stars have been seen rekindling their friendship on the latest series of the ITV2 reality show and while Lydia, 24, previously insisted she won't get back together with her ex, the pair are said to be romantically involved.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Lyds was really adamant she didn't want to get back with Arg, but while they've been spending time together all their old feelings have come back.
"They're not officially an item again just yet, but Arg has been working hard to woo her and it's paying off."
Lydia and Arg, 26, called it quits after four years together in 2012 when Arg admitted he had cheated on her and the budding fashion designer - who recently returned to 'TOWIE' - is torn between her head and heart.
The insider explained: "Lydia still wants to be sure before they make any long-term commitments. She has reservations about their relationship, as do some of her friends and family. She doesn't want to look like a mug by taking him back after he admitted cheating on her.
"But she has realised she still has feelings for him, and since spending the night together she says she knows they are more than just friends."

Police called to Lisa Maxwell’s home

Police were called to diffuse a row between Lisa Maxwell and her neighbours.
The 'Loose Women' presenter is set to marry long-term partner Paul Jessup this weekend at a church near her Cotswalds home, but local residents are reportedly furious with the disruptions her preparations are causing.
Kate Hamilton, who lives nearby in Edge, Gloucestershire, said: "I called the police because our drive was blocked again. Last Friday I counted 17 vehicles out here."
Another neighbour, Graham Lilley, added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The noise of diggers has been constant. It's caused mayhem."
When asked to comment on the row, Paul said his fiancee wasn't home and he "didn't have any" to make.
Lisa and Paul - who have 14-year-old daughter Beau together - got engaged two years ago after 15 years together.
And the former 'Bill' actress was the one who proposed after taking advantage of leap year traditions, when women propose on February 29.
She previously revealed: "It's something we've talked about, but we haven't really had a proposal. And I thought I'd say to him, once and for all, 'Will you marry me?' And he said, 'Of course I will Nobby!'
"Unfortunately I wanted to try and get a picture of the moment I proposed, but I was in my jimjams and we were in bed. Well I wasn't even in my jimjams!
"I love him, I want to spend the rest of my life with him. If you're watching sweetheart - you mean the world to me and I'm so happy. I didn't realise I would be, but there you go."

Frankie Essex attacked at nightclub

Frankie Essex claims she was attacked in a nightclub because of her 'The Only Way Is Essex' fame.
The 26-year-old beauty has revealed how she was attacked by a gang of screaming girls in the toilets of Club 195 in Essex on Saturday (12.07.14), as she enjoyed a night out with boyfriend John Lyons, TOWIE's Chloe Sims and her boyfriend Elliott Wright.
She explained: "I was in the VIP bar having a really good night. Chloe left and my boyfriend went for a smoke outside.
"I nipped to the loo. I even left my bag and everything on the table because the club is normally so safe.
"There are just two cubicles down a corridor, so no one was around to see what happened. I had sat down and slid the bolt lock when suddenly these girls started banging on the door...
"Then the door came crashing in and three or four girls just threw themselves at me ... They were punching, scratching, pulling ... I think I might have got kicked in the head because I've got a really bad bruise on the top of it."
Frankie - who is Joey Essex's older sister - was then saved by one of the nightclub bouncers who helped her up before kicking her attackers out, and it wasn't until John told her he'd heard the girls boasting about "doing Frankie Essex" that she realised they must have recognised her from her time on the ITV 2 reality series.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I couldn't understand why the girls had set on me. I didn't know them at all.
"When John told me what he heard I realised they must have targeted me because of TOWIE.
"I can't believe it - how someone could do that just because of a TV show, out of jealousy and spite."

Katie Price hopes Lauren Pope’s found love

Katie Price hopes Lauren Pope has "found love".
'The Only Way is Essex' star recently began dating co-star Lewis Bloor and the 36-year-old glamour model is eager for her pal to find happiness following her break-up with former 'TOWIE' star Kirk Norcross.
She wrote in her Now magazine column: "I so hope Lauren Pope has found love with 'TOWIE' co-star Lewis Bloor. It's been years since I've seen her happy to go public with a guy - not since her ex Kirk Norcross.
"I'm sure this is a romance and not a showmance just for 'TOWIE'. She deserves to be happy."
Lauren and Lewis recently went public on the ITV2 show after striking up a romance in Marbella, Spain, last month.
A source said: "Lewis has always fancied Lauren, but thought she wasn't interested. In Marbs, he made out he was keen on [new girls] Robyn Althasen and Imogen Leaver, but then he and Lauren started getting close - he made a real effort to get her attention. And it worked.
"They were out one night, started flirting and ended up having a kiss. They're really keen on each other."

Christine Bleakley: Phillip Schofield is ‘cheeky’

Christine Bleakley looks forward to working with "cheeky" Phillip Schofield on 'This Morning'.
The 35-year-old TV presenter will cover part of Holly Willoughby's maternity leave next year - sharing duties with Amanda Holden - and she can't wait to take on the role.
She told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I'm really looking forward to being a part of 'This Morning' during Holly's maternity leave.
"Phil is brilliant. One of the best. Very professional, great to work with and a bit naughty and cheeky off-camera, too, which I love more than anything really."
In addition to her new role on 'This Morning', the Irish beauty has been hard at working filming a new top secret project.
She teased: "I've been filming for the last two weeks and when I got home last night, I thought, 'God I've missed my own bed so badly.' I'm not allowed to talk about it but we've been filming for weeks now."
Christine shot to fame as co-host of 'The One Show' and later 'Daybreak', where she interviewed some of the biggest celebrities in the world, and the star admits she's had great experiences meeting her idols.
She said: "I've met a few of my heroes and they've actually always lived up to expectations. Dolly Parton was one of them. I've met her several times now over the years and I think I fell in love with her a bit more every time."
