Rita Ora wants to sing on Strictly Come Dancing

Rita Ora wants to perform on the next series of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 'I Will Never Let You Down' hitmaker is keen to sing as the dancers take to the ballroom floor, but she has ruled out competing on the programme because she doesn't think she's a good enough dancer.
Speaking to radio station Kiss FM at V Festival, Rita said: "I'd like to perform on 'Strictly Come Dancing'. I like that they have performers on there and the judges are always funny but I'm not trying to ballroom dance ... I'm telling you I don't want to embarrass myself."
The 23-year-old pop star is looking forward to watching the new series of the BBC One show, and she can't wait to see how The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford does on the dancefloor.
She added: "It's great that Frankie from The Saturdays is going on. She's probably a much better dancer than me."
Rita has also ruled out ever going on 'Celebrity Big Brother' although she admits she is a fan of the reality TV show.
She said: "I will never do 'Big Brother' - honestly would never do it. I watch them but I'd never do them."

Judy Murray confirmed for Strictly Come Dancing

Judy Murray will compete on the new series of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The tennis coach - the mother of former Wimbledon winner Andy Murray and his tennis player brother Jamie Murray - is the second celebrity to be confirmed for the BBC One ballroom show following the announcement that The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford will be taking part.
A post on the programme's official Twitter account, BBC Strictly, featured a photo of Judy holding a scoring paddle and a tennis ball, along with a tweet that read "look who's all set for Strictly. The lovely Judy Murray @judmoo, that's who. Serve-en! (sic)".
Judy cannot wait to get started because she is such a massive fan of the series.
She said: "I'm a huge 'Strictly Come Dancing' fan but a total armchair dancer. It's going to be a big challenge for me and for whoever has to dance with me but I absolutely can't wait to get started!"
Other celebrities rumoured to be taking part in this year's series include former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star Mark Wright, 'Match of the Day' pundit Alan Hansen and rugby player Thom Evans.

Home and Away’s Kate Ritchie becomes a mother

Former 'Home and Away' star Kate Ritchie has given birth to a baby girl.
The 36-year-old soap star and her husband, former rugby league player Stuart Webb, have become parents for the first time after Kate delivered the tot on Sunday (17.08.14).
She announced the news on Facebook today (18.08.14), writing: "We welcomed our beautiful little girl into the world last night.
"She is doing very well, as is mum. We happen to think she is perfect and we couldn't be more delighted."
Kate - who married Stuart in Tasmania in 2010 - hasn't yet revealed the name of her daughter, but last month she did ask her Instagram followers for their opinions on a list of boys' and girls' names the couple had come up with.
The actress - who originally played Sally from 1998 to 2008 and then reprised her role in 2013 - previously described the pregnancy as a blessing.
Kate said: "The gift of being able to carry a child is beautiful. It's happened exactly when it was meant to happen.
"Becoming a mother will be a wonderful bonus to who I already am ... I just feel blessed."
Her co-hosts, Tim Blackwell and Marty Sheargold, on radio station NOVA FM's drive time show sent their congratulations to the couple via Twitter.
They tweeted: "IT'S A BABY GIRL FOR @kateritchie01! Congrats from your fun-lovin' radio family! X #KTM (sic)"

Victoria Beckham refuses Mel B’s X Factor offer

Victoria Beckham has snubbed Mel B's offer to appear on 'The X Factor'.
The 39-year-old talent show judge and former Spice Girl - who was hoping one of her ex-band mates would join her in Cancun, Mexico, as the contestants visit the judges' houses prior to the live shows - has already had her offer refused by the 40-year-old fashion designer.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "All the Spice Girls have been approached to join Mel, as she thinks it would be great to have a reunion on the show.
"But Mel is realistic that it's a long way to travel and the other girls have commitments.
"Victoria has already indicated she won't be able to do it but Mel hopes at least one of the others will help her out."
Mel is keen to have one of her former bandmates - Victoria, Geri Halliwell, Mel C and Emma Bunton - alongside her as she decides which six hopefuls in her boy's category will go through to the live shows and remains confident that one of them will take part.
However, producers are said to be keeping an eye out for other singers to join her instead.
Meanwhile, the show hopefuls are believed to be visiting their judge's house later this week.
Tulisa Contostavlos has been reunited with Louis Walsh in Bermuda,
Simon Cowell is expected to be joined in Los Angeles by Sinitta, whilst Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is rumoured to be getting a helping hand from will.i.am in the south of France.

Bruce Forsyth: Strictly Come Dancing wasn’t fun anymore

Sir Bruce Forsyth quit 'Strictly Come Dancing' because he didn't find it fun anymore.
The 86-year-old television presenter and entertainer - who announced he was leaving the show earlier this year after 11 series as its iconic host - admitted he started to find the process of filming exhausting.
He told The Daily Mirror newspaper: "I don't have the feeling I usually get every time this year, knowing I've got to slog away until Christmas and then go away dog tired.
"I'll feel very strange and I'll miss it like mad, but when you've been with something for 10 years that will happen.
"But I'll miss it in a relaxed way, rather than thinking: 'Oh I wanna be up there!', I don't particularly want to be."
Bruce - who has also presented a number of game shows in his career - admitted the 'Strictly' job had become stressful and too high pressure for him.
He explained: "With Strictly I did have a problem with it personally: I couldn't get enough fun out of doing it.
"When I first started I hoped I would be able to get it in amongst it all. 'Play Your Cards Right' and the 'Generation Game', they were fun shows.
"With Strictly I was mostly a presenter - good or bad - but there wasn't an avenue in it where I could have fun."
Bruce's co-host Tess Daly will be joined by Claudia Winkleman on the new series, which is due to return to BBC One in the Autumn.
Speaking of the new presenting duo, Bruce said: "They've done it before when I was off last year.
"The public accepted them nicely, so I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work."

Daniella Westbrook begins rehab for cocaine addiction

Daniella Westbook is attending Narcotics Anonymous meetings.
The former 'Eastenders' star will attend the group rehabilitation sessions for three months in a bid to tackle her "dangerous" addiction after she started taking cocaine again in April following an argument her now ex-boyfriend Tom Richards.
She told The Sun newspaper: "I do need help. I don't have a choice.
"I'm going back to meetings. I'm in London a lot so there is no excuse and I need to go at least five times a week.
"Therapy will help me massively. I know it will. The intervention has happened and now I can move forward."
Danniella, 40 - who was warned in the late 1990s she would die within two weeks if her habit continued at the same rate and continued to take the drug when she was pregnant with her daughter Jody B, now 12, in 2001 - has vowed to stay clean for the sake of her children.
The actress - who also has a son, Kai, 17, with former partner Robert Fernandez - said: "I don't want to be that person. I don't want to hit that spiral.
"I love my little girl, getting into bed and watching movies. I'm so family orientated.
"How I've ended up here is a blessing in a way. I know If I'm in a vulnerable place now, rather than deal with it myself, I can actually ask someone for help."

Peter Capaldi knew how to work the TARDIS

Peter Capaldi knew "how to work the TARDIS" before he started work on 'Doctor Who'.
The incoming star has replaced previous Time Lord Matt Smith as the latest incarnation of the iconic science fiction character, and he is such a big fan of the show he had to bite his tongue when prop workers were trying to tell him how everything works.
He said: "I'm constantly amazed that it is me playing this role. I think, 'I'm Doctor Who - how did that happen?' It's a huge privilege and hugely exciting.
"I remember when I first came into the TARDIS, I had to be very patient as the very nice prop guys showed me how to work the Tardis.
"I was thinking, 'I know how to work the TARDIS. I've known for a long time, probably longer than you, so you don't need to tell me!' Every day is amazing!"
He has also warned himself not to buy into the hype or fanaticism from similarly devoted followers of the programme, instead focusing on his own performance rather than what people will think.
He added in an interview with The Guardian newspaper: " 'Doctor Who' is so big, from the start I thought, 'Don't get involved in what people say'. You simply do your best.
"Then it goes out into the world and you know that whether most people like it or not, somewhere someone loves you, and will always love you. The more everyone hates you, the more they'll love you! 'He was my Doctor', they'll say."

Martine McCutcheon pregnant

Martine McCutcheon is pregnant.
The 38-year-old actress - who has battled depression - has announced she is three and a half months pregnant with a son, but admits she and husband, Jay McManus, had all but accepted they were never going to have a child together.
She said: "We'd always said that if we were fortunate to be blessed with a child, that would be wonderful, but we were very aware that it's not a given.
"As a woman in her late 30s who's experienced health problems, I thought I might have to accept that it wasn't a path my life was going to take, but it would have been a great sadness in our lives if that had been the case."
As well as battling depression, Martine has suffered further difficulties including being declared bankrupt in January last year, owing £187,000, but the raven-haired beauty believes her life is now fully back on track after discovering she is expecting.
She added to HELLO! magazine: "It's like finally the tides have turned. Great things are starting to happen on the work front, but more than anything, expecting our baby boy has given us clarity about what matters."
The star shot to fame as Tiffany Mitchell in 'EastEnders' in 1995 but she departed the BBC One soap in 1998 after her character was killed in a car crash.
Martine went on to appear in several movies including 'Love Actually' and 'Jump!' alongside the late Patrick Swayze, while her last notable acting appearance came in a 2013 episode of 'Midsomer Murders'.

Mark Wright and his fiancée Michelle Keegan love eating Super Noodles in bed.
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star and the 27-year-old actress - who are set to tie the knot next year - love to indulge on the budget instant snack when they retire to their bedroom for the evening.
He said: "Super Noodles are our favourite - we go to bed with Super Noodles!
"I have at least two or three packs a week."
As well as gorging on pasta, the 27-year-old hunk admits he enjoys eating a calorific meal every weekend.
He added: "I love Indian food - a chicken tikka masala or chicken korma. That's my Sunday cheat meal.
"You're meant to have one cheat meal a week, but actually I have a cheat weekend every weekend."
Mark insists Michelle has the ideal woman's body but admits the former 'Coronation Street' star gets a bit embarrassed when he tells her so.
He told OK! magazine: "She's a bit coy, she's like, 'Shut up, you're just saying that.' But yeah, she has got the perfect body.' "
