Thom Evans dating Strictly Come Dancing partner?

Thom Evans is dating his 'Strictly Come Dancing' partner.
The former professional rugby player - who has previously dated Kelly Brook and American actress Jessica Lowndes - is said to be "completely smitten" with dancer Iveta Lukosiute.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "He is completely smitten. We didn't think Iveta would be his type but he had a huge crush on her from the get-go.
"He's joked that he used to be a boobs man but Iveta has turned him into a legs and bum man in weeks."
According to reports, the couple have "been spending almost every minute" together even after rehearsals, and Thom is keen for her to meet his family.
The insider added: "The pair have been spending almost every minute with each other in the build-up to the live shows and are often still together after rehearsals.
"They've been sneaking off for dinner dates in Surrey pubs and Thom took her to the Weybridge Health Club and Spa. He said she is meeting his family."
The former sportsman was excited when he announced he would be appearing on the show.
He previously said: "I am so happy to be doing the show, I cannot wait to get started.
"I'm really looking forward to my Strictly makeover - bring on Strictly and bring on the spandex."

George Clooney left Downton Abbey cast starstruck

George Clooney left the 'Downton Abbey' cast starstruck when he appeared to film secret scenes.
The Hollywood actor is set to appear in the period drama's Christmas special in December, and his arrival on the set left the show's stars "falling about themselves with excitement".
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "The cast were falling about themselves with excitement and lining up to have their photos taken with George.
"The girls were mad keen to speak to him. He was full of jokes and had them all in stitches.
"'Downton' is now a global phenomenon and they are used to red carpet events with Hollywood A-listers. But this was George acting alongside them."
Laura Carmichael - who plays Lady Edith Crawley on the hugely popular ITV show - admitted George's appearance on the show was such a secret that the cast "didn't know if it would actually happen" until he arrived on set.
She said: "It was amazing. We didn't know if it would actually happen until he turned up.
"We were filming and then heard, 'He's here! He's here! He's arrived!' "
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed reality TV star Kim Kardashian West is also keen on a role.
She admitted: "I'm a big fan. I'd love to be on it if they asked. I love things like that."

Pixie Lott: ‘I hope there are no Strictly Come Dancing nip slips’

Pixie Lott is hoping to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions on 'Stricty Come Dancing'.
The 23-year-old pop star has admitted the celebrity dance contest is a new experience for her, and joked she was worried about potential "nip slips" due to her revealing outfit.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper's We Love TV magazine: "This is a whole different thing for me.
"My outfit is quite low-cut. I hope there are no 'nip slips.' "
The 'Mama Do' hitmaker is managing to strike a balance between her music career and 'Strictly' commitments, and she has had her professional dance partner Trent Whiddon training her in spare time between live concerts.
She recently said: "At the moment, I'm performing around the country so Trent is travelling with me so we can fit in some training.
"I'm dreading serious dances such as the tango. I'm looking forward to fun dances like the salsa."
She has also dismissed rumours of a rivalry between the female stars on this year's show.
She previously insisted: "Me and the other Strictly celeb girls have set up our own WhatsApp chat group and we send each other selfies of us in training, as well as just having a gossip.
"It's been really nice."

Millie Mackintosh: Kim Kardashian West looks like a ‘sex object’

Millie Mackintosh says Kim Kardashian West looks like a "sex object".
The former 'Made In Chelsea' star has revealed that while her husband - rapper Professor Green - is supportive of her new fashion range, she would never let him choose what she wears.
Quizzed on whether he had any input in the designs, she said: "I've shown him the look book and he's really supportive but I'm not like Kim Kardashian, asking my husband to dress me, I can dress myself."
Millie added: "I think you can tell Kanye [West] has dressed her. She's dressed like a sex object."
The 25-year-old beauty also revealed she felt slightly uncomfortable when she visited the United States for New York Fashion Week recently.
When asked how she found the experience, she said: "Really fierce. People here are friendlier. I sat in my seat and an editor came over and said, 'I think you're in my seat'. I was like, 'Jesus, chill out!'"
She added to new! magazine: "Kendall Jenner was in some of the shows. She's killing it. She's one to watch."

Lacey Turner: Filming Our Girl an ‘eye-opener’

Lacey Turner says filming 'Our Girl' was a real "eye-opener".
The 'EastEnders' actress stars as soldier Molly Dawes in the BBC One military drama and admits filming in the South African heat for scenes for the upcoming series set in Afghanistan was a real struggle.
Quizzed on what it was like filming in all of the army gear in the heat, she told Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on 'This Morning': "It is really hard actually. I think that was probably the toughest thing out of the whole job, just getting used to the heat and stuff.
"But we did a week's boot camp when we got there and we started in shorts and then gradually as the days went on we added our combat bottoms and then the long sleeves and then your osprey and then your Bergen and then your helmet. So as the week went on you sort of acclimatised to it."
The 26-year-old star went on to explain that while the experience was certainly an "eye-opener", it she has no doubt the real thing is much, much harder.
She added: "It's such an eye-opener, when you try and experience something that's similar but nothing like the real thing. I mean, just moving around is hard. If you imagine trying to get from A to B while being shot at, I just can't ... What they do is amazing."
'Our Girl' series two kicks off on BBC One on Sunday September 21 at 9pm.

Nick Frost for Doctor Who Christmas special

Nick Frost is to guest star in the 'Doctor Who' Christmas special.
The 'Shaun of the Dead' star is to join the titular Time Lord, played by Peter Capaldi, and his companion Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman) for the one-off episode of the sci-fi series set to air this Christmas.
He said of his upcoming role: "I'm so thrilled to have been asked to guest in the 'Doctor Who' Christmas Special, I'm such a fan of the show. The read-through was very difficult for me; I wanted to keep stuffing my fingers into my ears and scream, 'No spoilers!'
"Every day on set I've had to silence my internal fan-boy squeals!"
Lead writer and executive producer Steven Moffat added: "Frost at Christmas - it just makes sense! I worked with Nick on the 'Tintin' movie many years ago and it was a real pleasure to lure him back to television for a ride on the Tardis."
Nick will be joined in the action-packed special by former 'Coronation Street' actress Natalie Gumede, Fresh Meat's Faye Marsay, Misfits actor Nathan McMullen and Michael Troughton.
Michael will be following in the footsteps of his father Patrick Troughton, who played the second incarnation of the Doctor.
The 'Doctor Who' Christmas special - which was written by Moffat and directed by Paul Wilmshurst and will be shot in Cardiff - is to air on BBC One.

Judy Murray facing Strictly Come Dancing fan backlash?

Judy Murray has become one of the favourites to be booted off 'Strictly Come Dancing' following Andy Murray's 'Yes' vote in the Scottish referendum.
Bookmaker William Hill has slashed its odds on the 55-year-old tennis coach being the first celebrity to get voted off the BBC One ballroom dancing show this year after her son Andy revealed he was voting for Scotland to become an independent country in yesterday's (18.09.14) polls.
William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams said: "Andy Murray's decision to back the 'Yes' vote in the Scottish referendum could well affect Judy's chances of winning Strictly and she might even be the first contestant voted off."
Andy took to Twitter yesterday to strongly hint he had voted for Scotland to go it alone.
He wrote: "Huge day for Scotland today! no campaign negativity last few days totally swayed my view on it. excited to see the outcome. lets do this! (sic)"
Judy's odds of being the first contestant eliminated were reduced from 16/1, which they were before her tennis playing son Andy's revelation, to 10/1, meaning she is the sixth favourite to get the boot from the programme.
But she might not have anything to worry about as 'Bargain Hunt' presenter Tim Wonnacott is currently 9/4 favourite to have the gavel slammed down on his stint in the series.
Masterchef's Gregg Wallace is 3/1 second favourite to leave the programme first, but a more positive bet might be to have a wager on the winner.
Pixie Lott is currently 3/1 favourite to win with William Hill, closely followed by former rugby player Thom Evans (4/1) and The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford (9/2).
Those who don't expect a fan backlash against Judy can back her to triumph on the show at 22/1, while Tim is not expected to be lifting the Glitterball Trophy in December as he is a huge 100/1 shot for victory.

Kim Kardashian West vying for a role in ‘Downton Abbey’

Kim Kardashian West wants to star in 'Downton Abbey'.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is reportedly desperate to land a role in the ITV period drama, and resorted to seeking advice from Lady Edith Crawley actress Laura Carmichael, on how best to secure a part.
According to The Sun newspaper, the 33-year-old - who wed rapper Kanye West earlier this year - said: "I'm a big fan. I'd love to be on it if they asked. I love things like that."
The mother-of-one has previously had cameo television roles in 'Beyond The Break' and 'Drop Dead Diva', and recently filmed scenes for the fourth season of hit CBS comedy '2 Broke Girls'.
However, the curvaceous star will be hoping that producers of 'Downton Abbey' don't remember her appearance in the spoof comedy 'Disaster Movie' which flopped on its release in 2008.
Last week it was revealed that Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney has secured a slot in the award-winning TV show for their Christmas special, but it is uncertain whether producers would be so interested in offering the reality television star a role.
'Downton Abbey' will return to UK screens this Sunday, September 21, at 9pm for a fifth series.

Peter Kay to star in new sitcom

Peter Kay is to star in a new sitcom.
The 'Phoenix Nights' star has been signed up to take on the role of Danny Baker's wide-boy dad in 'Cradle to Grave', a series dubbed the new 'Only Fools and Horses'.
The eight-part BBC Two comedy is based on legendary broadcaster Baker's memories of growing up in a council flat in Bermondsey, south London, in the 70s - which he describes as being similar to the life portrayed in the original sitcom starring Sir David Jason as Derek 'Del Boy' Trotter.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper that Peter's character - wheeler-dealer Fred - is that of a "real -life Del Boy".
The sitcom is also based on Baker's autobiography 'Going to Sea in a Sieve', which tells the story of how dock worker and union leader Fred was on a mission to beat the "system".
Baker wrote: "When 'Only Fools and Horses' arrived on TV, most people I knew though it was a documentary."
'Cradle to Grave' has been written by Baker himself and TV producer and screenwriter Jeff Pope, who has penned the scripts for dramas including 'Cilla', 'Mrs. Biggs' and the film 'Philomena'.
Meanwhile, 41-year-old Peter is also making his TV comeback elsewhere, appearing in BBC One comedy 'Car Share' and bringing back his hit series 'Phoenix Nights' next year for Comic Relief.
