Lauren Goodger wants to have a boob reduction.
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star, who has recently shed an impressive four stone in weight, is planning to arrange an appointment with her surgeon to discuss having her implants taken out and replaced with smaller ones.
She told new! magazine: "I haven't made an appointment with my surgeon yet but I'm definitely going to. I've said before I'd never get them reduced but I'm considering it now. Large boobs can make you look bigger than you are and I think I look top heavy. I'm an E-cup and ideally I'd like to be a D."
It seems Lauren has had a change of heart over the past few weeks as she claimed last month she had toyed with the idea of having surgery to shrink her bust but had ruled it out considering she only had the implants done two years ago.
Asked if she's considering having a reduction now she's got a smaller frame, she told BANG Showbiz last month: "My boobs are huge. The thing is, I do like them with my figure. But then I was looking and I thought if I have them taken out then I'd look smaller. My shoulders now are quite nice and I've got nice collarbones and I like it because I go in and out, so it is something I've thought about.
"But I've only just had them done so I don't think it'd be right to get them taken out two years later."

Tom Parker has ripped the ligaments in his hand after he took a tumble training as a standby contestant on 'The Jump'.
The former Wanted singer was left in excruciating pain after he tore the tendons in his wrist when he fell on the slopes of Austria while training as a reserve on the winter sports show.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I've hurt my hand, yeah. We were practicing the air jump and I landed on my hand and pulled all of the tendons and ligaments in my wrist. That did actually really hurt. But we push on."
Despite his damaged wrist, the 27-year-old singer is still on standby to jump in to the tough competition if one of the other celebrities are forced to drop out due to extreme injury.
He explained: "I landed back in the UK yesterday. It's nice to be back in reality a little bit to be honest with you. But, I had a wicked time out there. I am on standby for the next two weeks. So I might still be doing the show."
And the handsome singer is secretly hoping a member of the line-up - including Beth Tweddle, Rebecca Adlington, Sid Owen and James 'Arg' Argent - pulls out of the competition because he'd "love" to slip into his thermals and hit the slopes.
He added with a giggle: "I'd love to do the show because I had such a great time out there."

Marnie Simpson has branded her engagement to Ricky Rayment the "biggest mistake" she's ever made in her life.
The 'Geordie Shore' star wishes she never agreed to marry the hunk last June following just five months of dating and believes it's one of the worst decisions she's ever made because his proposal was just a ploy to end her career.
She explained: "I would go as far as saying it's [the engagement] probably the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life, only because he's full of sh*t and he's just done it for one reason only and that was to get us off 'Geordie Shore'."
The brunette beauty is even considering getting her 'R' tattoo, which was dedicated to Ricky, covered up with her new boyfriend Aaron Chalmer's name after he replaced his tribute to her with a huge inking of model Gigi Hadid's face.
But she added to MTV: "I'm surprised he didn't get his tattoo removed earlier than he did. He's picked a good looking girl to get it covered over with."
Ricky popped the question to Marnie eight months ago on camera while she was shooting the show special in Greece.
But their romance was short-lived as it came crashing down four months later when they split following a series of rows.

'Coronation Street's Lucy Fallon has split from her boyfriend.
The 20-year-old actress - who is known for playing Bethany Platt - has dumped her childhood sweetheart Ryan Roberts following three years of dating due to her hefty work schedule.
A source explained to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "They thought they'd be together forever and landing the role in 'Corrie' was literally a dream come true for Lucy.
"But the reality is that she works massively long hours and then there are a lot of awards ceremonies and other bashes to go to and Ryan is quite a shy bloke and wasn't into the whole celebrity circuit thing.
"It is a shame and they are both gutted but they will remain friends. There wasn't anyone else involved - except 'Corrie'."
The split will no doubt come as a shock to friends as the former couple moved into a flat together in Manchester last June so Lucy didn't have to travel so far to get to the studio.
She said of her handsome beau at the time: "He's lovely and really down to earth. We're enjoying living together."
Meanwhile, although Lucy's love life may have crumbled before her eyes, the blonde beauty's career is excelling.
The talented star was nominated for Best Newcomer by Inside Soap magazine last year for her role on the Cobbles.

Eamonn Holmes was urged to have hip replacement surgery over two-and-half decades ago.
The 'This Morning' presenter, 56, has decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with the double hip operation tomorrow (03.02.16) after enduring 25 years of crippling pain.
He explained: "I should've had this [the surgery] done at least 15 years ago. I was advised it needed doing or I'd be literally crippled in agony. In fact I was offered the operation 25 years ago but I turned it down and I kept turning it down year after year. But it's time now.
"I can't go on any longer. I'm in pain, my mobility is affected and I really just need to buckle down and get on with it."
But it wasn't just the pain factor that put Eamonn off the surgery all those years ago, as he was also worried about the consequences it would have on his television career.
He told Belfast Live: "When I was younger and making my way in my career I was worried about anything getting in the way or people making presumptions that I wasn't fit for the job. It's a tough business and any perceived weakness can get pounced on and I didn't want to risk that. So despite the pain and discomfort I turned down the offer of operations and just got on with life and work."
Meanwhile, although he's just hours away from going under the knife, the Irish presenter is looking forward to rejoining his wife Ruth Langsford on the 'This Morning' sofa in two months' time.
He said: "I'm looking forward to April when I get the old me back, with no hip pain and my full mobility back."

Sam Faiers wants to have four children.
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star only welcomed her first child Paul into the world six weeks ago, but she's already thinking about adding more little ones to her brood with her partner Paul Knightley over the next few years.
She said: "I will wait a couple of years before getting pregnant again, as motherhood is an adjustment, but I would like four children. I can't wait to have another. I can't imagine not having a baby in the house now. What did I do before? It's like he was always there. Your life changes."
The blonde beauty filmed her pregnancy and some of her 26-hour labour for the new forthcoming show 'The Baby Diaries' but she's adamant she didn't overstep the line.
She said: "My sister Billie filmed the labour on her video camera, the actual giving birth part was a no-go area. I didn't even look at it before it was handed over to the production team. I had no make-up on, a nightie on, my hair was scrunched up. It was the least of my worries.
"I had a back-to-back labour which took 26 hours - and I'd been practicing hypno-birthing. I had no drugs or pain relief. I just got into the zone, practiced my breathing and kept calm. When it came to the crunch and I had to push, it was the maddest feeling. I'm not going to lie. As soon as he came out, it wasn't that bad. We're so in love."
And Sam, 25, can't wait to show her baby son the footage when he's a little older because she believes it's "lovely."
She told the MailOnline: "It's an amazing 90 minute movie of my pregnancy that we can all watch together when Paul's older. I'm not nervous, it's a lovely thing."

Sir Terry Wogan only realised he was dying three weeks ago.
The 77-year-old broadcaster passed away over the weekend following a "short but brave" secret cancer battle and his close friend Father Brian D'Arcy revealed that Terry's health rapidly deteriorated after Christmas.
He explained: "I think alarms bells began to ring about three weeks ago. He had been in some pain before that, and he had got through Christmas. And the family had a lovely Christmas because I rang them to specifically to see and everything was fine, and then things began [getting worse].
"Last Thursday, something told me: 'Brian, go and see him', and I rang [Terry's wife] Helen, and she said: 'Please do come Brian'. I did, and it was the saddest day and the most rewarding day of my life."
Meanwhile, Brian revealed he doesn't expect a public funeral for Terry because no venue could be big enough to honour the legendary broadcaster but said Terry will be laid to rest in England, rather than his native Ireland.
The Daily Mirror reports that he added on Irish radio: "How can you have a public funeral for Terry Wogan? Where would you put it? Wembley wouldn't be big enough for it, so there will probably be just family and friends at a private funeral. I suspect it will be probably early next week. It is in the UK. The BBC usually holds a quite public memorial service later on."

Chloe Ferry will only join 'Ex on the Beach' if she's allowed to wear "arm bands" when she emerges from the sea.
The 'Geordie Shore' star, 20, thinks there's a chance she could be approached to take part on the tropical show, considering her history with main hunk Scotty T, but she's worried about having to exit the water and trot up the sand to surprise her past lover because she's a terrible swimmer.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I think I would go on 'Ex on the Beach' but it depends, I would have to think about that one. I couldn't come out of the sea because I can't swim, I'd have to wear armbands otherwise I'll drown."
However, one reality TV show the brunette beauty doesn't think she'll have a problem getting her teeth into, if she was asked, is 'The Jump' because she's "mint" at all sports.
She explained: "I'd be mint at 'The Jump'. I've got the best balance ever. I haven't been skiing before but I know I'd be good at it because I'm good at any sport. I'm not being big-headed there or bragging, I'm just very good at sport."
Chloe has just been unveiled as the new face of Lauren Pope's Hair Rehab London spring/summer Synthetic Range.
