Gemma Collins’ baby and wedding plans

Gemma Collins wants to get married and have a baby on her new reality TV show.
The former 'TOWIE' star will feature in her own show 'The Only Way Is Gemma' after impressing TV bosses during her recent stint on 'Celebrity Big Brother' and Gemma has big plans for the programme.
Although she has only been dating Stephen Mortimer for four months, she is hopeful that they will tie the knot this year but insisted the only 'CBB' housemate she will invite is Danniella Westbrook.
She told the Daily Star: "The only one I want at my wedding this year is Danniella .
"I do have my own TV show coming out called 'The Only Way Is Gemma' and I'm very excited for people to see that.
"It's all about Gemma - and so that is why I held back Gemma in the house."
Gemma mistakenly thought she was pregnant in the 'CBB' house and insisted she wants to have a child soon.
She said: "If I had been pregnant I would have been over the moon. Sadly, I'm not pregnant ... but just watch this space!"

Lucy Mecklenburgh will be ‘working’ mum

Lucy Mecklenbrugh will be a "working" mother.
The former 'TOWIE' star is desperate to start a family with her Olympic gymnast boyfriend Louis Smith but she's adamant she'll never give up her career to do so.
She said: "I'd absolutely love a family as well as a career. I'll never stop working, that's for sure. I've always been prepared to work hard - my parents instilled that in me."
And, although their relationship seems to be going from strength-to-strength, the brunette beauty, 24, isn't ready to pack up her home and move into Louis' abode just yet.
Asked if they've spoken about moving in together, Lucy told Star magazine "Not right now. He built his house in Peterborough and I've nearly finished building mine in Essex. It wouldn't work at the minute.
"It's important to have your own space and not to plan things around someone else. We live our own lives and see each other when we're both free."
But it seems the athlete's pet pooch Luna also has something to do with Lucy not wanting to spend a lot of time as his home as she once nipped her on the hand.
Louis said previously: "Lucy wants my dog to be more loving, more of a cuddle up on the sofa dog but my dog is not like that, she's more active and she's a very independent dog - she'll sit on the other side of the sofa, that's what my dog is like.
"I think that's what huskies are like really, they're very active I have to my dog on at least two or three walks a day."

Tom Parker has vowed never to do Strictly Come Dancing

Tom Parker will never do 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 27-year-old singer might have watched his former The Wanted bandmate Jay McGuiness strive to victory and pick up the famous glitterball trophy on the last series of the BBC One Ballroom and Latin show, but he's adamant he'll never be persuaded to trade his microphone for dancing shoes.
Asked if he'd ever do 'Strictly', he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I am terrible at dancing. I'm arguably the worst dancer in the UK. I think I will pass on something like that."
But, although he's not a fan of wiggling his own hips, the 'Lost In Your Love' hitmaker - who is currently a reserve on Channel 4's 'The Jump' - followed Jay's journey on the show last year and was blown away with how he developed as a dancer.
He explained: "There was such controversy about the final, but I am not being biased I do genuinely think he deserved to win. He was the best consistently throughout the competition.
"I think he was the best dancer and there was a real growth in terms of his personality and dancing ability.
"I think he did the whole journey from a very timid entrance into the world of 'Strictly' and by the end of it, I think he was amazing so I am super proud."

First Dates’ Fred Sirieix’s ‘detective’ plan

First Dates' Fred Sirieix likes to pretend he's a "detective" when it comes to buying gifts for Valentine's Day (14.02.16).
The bearded love guru has compiled his own list of top tips to help the annual day of love run smoothly for smitten couples.
He told BANG Showbiz: "Play detective! Part of the fun in finding the perfect present is picking up on your partner's hints - big or small. If they mention something they want to see or do, or simply something that brings them a little moment of joy - you should take note."
And, regardless of how much of an ice-breaker they can be, the legendary maitre d' of TV has warned those less experience in love to stay away from those "joke" gifts.
He explained: "Stay away from the joke gifts. Funny as they may seem, they communicate something very real to your partner - 'I am not taking this (or you) seriously.' Of course, love and laughter go hand in hand. But a thoughtful present is how you show you've been paying attention to your loved one - to what they want and what they enjoy."
In fact, Fred thinks some of the best gifts are small and cheap because they ooze the most romance.
He added: "Sharing a coffee can be a thousand times more romantic than all the Champagne and truffles in the world. Be creative. Be thoughtful. And be yourself."

Jeremy McConnell meets Stephanie Davis’ parents

Jeremy McConnell has been given the "seal of approval" by Stephanie Davis' parents.
The Irish model only lost his place in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house last week but has already introduced himself to the axed 'Hollyoaks' actress' mother and father in a bid to win them over following their controversial fling.
Speaking to The Mirror newspaper, Stephanie's dad Roy Davis said: "I met Jeremy over the weekend and he seemed very sincere. We will need to let Stephanie tell us what happens next on that front, but from the first meeting, he has our seal of approval and was incredibly charming."
Stephanie, 22 and Jeremy, 25, hit the headlines last month after they embarked on a steamy affair, while the brunette beauty's heartbroken boyfriend Sam Reece, whom she has been dating for over a year, was forced to watch their romance flourish on national television.
Meanwhile, although the pair's lip-locking sessions and cheeky bedroom antics sparked uproar, it seems their romance has impressed TV bosses as the couple are reportedly being lined up for their own spin-off show.
But, whatever happens, Roy thinks Stephanie will eventually leave the house a new-found "woman".
He explained: "For Stephanie to have come this far is incredible, as a family, we are really pleased for her... (she's) has had a tough time in the house but we feel the whole process has been a learning curve for her.
"To say she went in there a girl and will leave a woman is totally accurate."

Dara Ó Briain to host Robot Wars

Dara Ó Briain and Angela Scanlon will present the new-look 'Robot Wars'.
The comedian and the Irish TV presenter will meet the teams and robots on the BBC Two show before and after they battle it out in the arena, while commentator Jonathan Pearce - who voiced the original series' run from 1998 to 2004 - is returning to the programme.
Dara said: "I am thrilled to be presenting 'Robot Wars'.
"For too long, the schedules have cried out for a show in which dedicated amateurs, toiling day and night, handcraft sophisticated automatons built on the delicate interplay of hand-wired servo motors with custom-built circuit boards and fingertip motion control, just to see them get smashed to pieces by a dustbin carrying a massive hammer.
"It's war, and how I love it so."
Angela added: "I'm so excited to be joining such a legendary show that, after all this time, still manages to make people squeal with joy.
"I cannot wait to see the robots in all their metallic glory playfully destroying each other!"
Jonathan also admitted he cannot wait to return to the commentary gantry for the programme.
He said: "'Robot Wars' is an immensely enjoyable programme to commentate on. I am delighted to be involved and back among the cut and thrust of the robot battles. Activate!"
However, there is no sign of Craig Charles, who hosted the show from series two to six, after replacing former 'Top Gear' presenter Jeremy Clarkson, who fronted the first series.
It also doesn't appear that Philippa Forrester, who co-hosted the show from 1998 to 2000 and from 2003 to 2003, will be returning.
The release date for the new series is yet to be announced but the programme will be back for a six-part season.

Derek Martin eyes up Casualty?

Derek Martin wants to land a role in 'Casualty'.
The former 'EastEnders' star was left devastated last month when his alter-ego Charlie Slater was killed off in the BBC One soap but he's not dwelling on the departure and is now keen to join a medical drama because he's "good at dying."
Speaking on 'Lorraine' this morning (03.02.16), he said: "I'm good at dying so there is 'Holby City', 'Casualty' and 'Doctors'. you know what I mean, laying in bed and getting paid. I can still go on. I've got two new titanium knees and a brand new hip, so I feel brand new."
However, despite his positive attitude, Derek - who had played the lovable cabbie on and off for 11 years - has admitted he did feel a little disheartened when he learnt the producers wanted to write him out of the popular soap.
He explained: "In a way it's closure. I had 11 years - for an actor 11 years is wonderful - then I only had a couple of bits from the last two years. My agent said that they want to write me out. I spoke to Dominic Treadwell-Collins [EastEnders' Executive Producer] and he explained. I said, 'I appreciate the phone call' and he said, 'We'll give you a good send off.' "

Shaun Williamson wants EastEnders resurrection

EastEnders' Shaun Williamson wants his former alter-ego Barry Evans to come back from the dead as a bad boy.
The 50-year-old actor played the gullible buffoon in the BBC One soap for 10 years until his character was killed off in 2004 but he hopes, if there is any way of resurrecting him, he'll return to Walford one day as a frightening hardman.
Asked if he would return to the popular programme, Shaun said: "I just think it's pushing it if they try to make out Barry has been hiding in Tottenham for the last 12 years.
"He was weak. Barry started off as quite an edgy character; he gave Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) the number of the hitman who shot Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt), he got hold of Cindy's kids and tried to help get her out of the country and he set fire to the car lot [so I would like him to come back a bad boy]."
However, Shaun doesn't regret turning his back on 'EastEnders' over a decade ago because it's allowed him to try his hand at other things.
He said on 'Loose Women' today (03.02.16): "I've been out 12 years. I sort of had enough. These days they'll let people go off and do 'Strictly Come Dancing' and then they're allowed to go back into the show.
"Back then, they were really quite strict about that and that's all I had done. I left drama school at 30, convinced I wanted to do theatre, and then I got snapped up by 'EastEnders' and was in it for 10 years so I'd never done any theatre so I booked the casting and I kind of forced their hand but I don't regret it."

Simon Cowell ‘gunned down’ on Ant and Dec comedy skit

Simon Cowell is set to be "gunned down" on 'Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway'.
The 56-year-old music mogul was approached by the presenting duo to do the skit, which will see Simon host a birthday party with his celebrity pals - including Caroline Flack, Olly Murs, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan - but the festivities take a turn for the worse when a mystery guest pulls out a gun and deliberately shoots him.
An insider said: "There are a lot of stars who have had run-ins with Cowell over the years - but who would have a grudge big enough to want to shoot him? That is the tantalising premise of the sketch. It was Ant and Dec's idea and they put it to Cowell who thought it was great fun."
Parts of the sketch were filmed on Monday (01.02.16) and also features former 'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh, who was dropped form the panel in 2014, and Simon's former lover Sinitta, while Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and the talent show's former host Dermot O'Leary couldn't make the gig.
A source explained to The Sun newspaper: "Everyone really got into the spirit of it during filming on Monday night.
"There were a few notable absences such as Cheryl and Dermot but it is hoped they might be able to take part before it airs at the end of the month."
'Saturday Night Takeaway' is set to return to its prime-time slot on ITV later this month.
