Jeremy Kyle's wife Carla Germaine is reportedly seeking a "quickie" divorce from the TV presenter.
The 40-year-old model is hoping to terminate her 13-year marriage with the 50-year-old star when her case is heard at London's Central Family Court tomorrow (12.02.16) after she cited "unreasonable behaviour" for their shock split last year.
The 'Jeremy Kyle Show' host - who is known for fixing guests' twisted love lives on his daytime programme - married Carla in 2002 after they met three years prior on a radio show.
The former couple, who have children Alice, 12, Ava, nine, and Henry, six, together, announced their split in September last year.
Jeremy said at the time: "After 13 years of a generally happy marriage, my wife and I, Carla, have separated amicably."
However, shortly after the announcement, reports began to circulate suggesting the blonde beauty had met with hunky England polo player James Carr, 25, up to 20 times while Jeremy was away filming in the US.
James claimed he bedded Carla in the space of "six or seven meetings" and embarked on a sexual relationship from June last year, just a month before Jeremy's 50th birthday.
However, sources close to the estranged couple later stated it wasn't Carla's alleged affair that had caused the marriage to breakdown but, instead, Jeremy's misdemeanours.
Jeremy also has 24-year-old daughter Harriet from his first marriage with Kirsty Rowley.

Sir Terry Wogan was laid to rest on Tuesday (09.02.16).
The veteran broadcaster - who tragically passed away late last month following a battle with cancer - was given a private send off by friends and family earlier this week.
It was kept this way after the family requested for a chance to say goodbye to their beloved relative in private.
Meanwhile, Terry's close friend Father Brian D'Arcy previously admitted the chance of a public funeral was unlikely as there would not be a venue big enough to hold it in.
He said: "How can you have a public funeral for Terry Wogan? Where would you put it? Wembley wouldn't be big enough for it, so there will probably be just family and friends at a private funeral. I suspect it will be probably early next week. It is in the UK. The BBC usually holds a quite public memorial service later on."
And Father Brian also revealed that Sir Terry tragically only found out he was dying three weeks ago.
He shared: "I think alarms bells began to ring about three weeks ago. He had been in some pain before that, and he had got through Christmas. And the family had a lovely Christmas because I rang them to specifically to see and everything was fine, and then things began [getting worse].
"Last Thursday, something told me: 'Brian, go and see him', and I rang [Terry's wife] Helen, and she said: 'Please do come Brian'. I did, and it was the saddest day and the most rewarding day of my life."

Lauren Pope thinks Ricky Gervais is "quite sexy."
The former 'The Only Way Is Essex' star, 33, has admitted she has the hots for the 54-year-old comedian, despite him being over two decades older than her, because she's instantly drawn to men with a silly sense of humour.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I really don't have a type, as long as they're funny and they've got their sh*t together in life then you're good. I find someone like Ricky Gervais quite sexy. I think older would be good for me. Older guys are more chilled and you don't get the games."
And now the blonde beauty isn't on the reality TV show, she believes she's able to focus more on her love life.
She explained: "I have more time now to be able to meet guys and stuff and it's nice being able to date someone without the stress of cameras and people asking where you're at with your boyfriend. As soon as you go on one date on 'TOWIE' they want to know if you're moving it forward."
Meanwhile, Lauren hasn't ruled out the possibility of her returning to the show but she's adamant she'll never have a relationship in front of the cameras ever again.
She added: "I found it a bit cringey because I don't really want to sit with someone I barely know and have a talk. It's nice now I can go on dates and I don't really have that problem."

James Jordan told his wife Ola Jordan to lose weight.
The 37-year-old dancer claims his spouse became a "chunky monkey" when she was injured training for Channel 4 show 'The Jump' last year and during the last series of 'Strictly Come Dancing', he said she "needed" to shed more pounds because she was bigger than the other professionals.
He said: "We've let ourselves go a little bit. You got really chunky monkey after your accident last year, didn't you?
"I don't mind when she's a bit bigger. But when she was on 'Strictly', I'd say, 'You need to lose weight because you're still involved in the show.' People might think it's out of order, but it's important. If you're standing next to other girls and they're really skinny and you're bigger, you feel like s**t."
Despite her husband's harsh comments, Ola, 33, insists they don't upset her as she would rather he is honest because then she knows his compliments are genuine.
Asked if he upsets her, she told new! magazine: "No. That's the thing about our relationship - we're not afraid to say things to each other. We're honest. I don't want him to tell me I look amazing when I don't. So when he does tell me I look amazing, that's when I know I really do look good."

Danielle Armstrong thinks Sam Faiers' boyfriend Paul Knightley has got too much "stick" for kissing his mother.
The property developer has found himself at the centre of a heated debate recently after he was filmed sharing a peck on the lips with his mum Gaynor for the couple's one-off documentary 'Sam Faiers' Baby Diaries' over the weekend.
But the 'Only Way is Essex' star has jumped to his defence as she thinks he's been given too much of a hard time.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the premiere of 'How To Be Single', held at the Vue Cinema in London's Leicester Square, last night (09.02.16), she said of Paul: "He had quite bad press. I think he got quite a lot of stick to be honest."
Sam's boyfriend was also branded "controlling" after he demanded the blonde beauty, who went through a gruelling 26-hour labour with their son in December, make him beans on toast while she was breastfeeding their baby Paul.
Danielle said: "I get that he might have come across that he didn't participate in reading the books and stuff, but he is a man and most blokes are not interested in that side of it."
However, despite the show's portrayal of Sam's boyfriend, the boutique owner still believes he's a great boyfriend and a fantastic father to their six-week-old bundle of joy.
She said: "He seems like a nice guy. I have met him only twice and both times he seems very lovely to Sam."

Beth Tweddle has taken her first "assisted" steps following surgery on her broken back last week.
The retired gymnast was rushed into theatre to fuse two fractured vertebrae in her neck after she was involved in a horror smash on 'The Jump' and, although doctors are unable to confirm how much permanent damage has been done, she's already showing signs of a positive recovery.
Beth's parents Ann and Jerry said: "Since her surgery, Beth has managed to walk a few steps whilst being assisted by the nursing team. She is still very tired from the operation but the medical team are pleased with the progress she is making. At the moment we aren't certain of the timescale for her recovery. We are taking each day as it comes and will update you when there is further news."
The 30-year-old athlete, who has won the title of Britain's greatest ever gymnast, sparked concern among fans over the weekend when she was airlifted to a hospital in Austria after she ploughed into a barrier and damaged her spine.
Following the shocking accident, Beth has been left with no choice but to leave the competition - making her the fourth celebrity to quit the show due to a life-changing injury.
'Made in Chelsea' star Mark-Francis Vandelli, 27, was forced to pull out of the competition earlier this week after he snapped his ankle, which later needed surgery, while battling it out in the aggressive Snow Cross challenge over the weekend.
'Holby City' actress Tina Hobley, 44, was also forced to withdraw after she dislocated her elbow and fractured her arm when the crew failed to vacate the landing area.
And Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington, 26, has also decided to depart the competition after she dislocated her shoulder while practicing the frightening air jump last week.

Mark Wright is worried his children will be "ugly."
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' hunk, 29, has admitted his family are convinced him and his wife Michelle Keegan will produce a brood of good-looking kids when they start their own little family because they're both genetically blessed but he has a niggling feeling that his future offspring will defy the odds and come out unattractive.
He explained: "It's hard work with the pressure of having babies because everyone is like, 'Your kids are going to be so beautiful.' We're going to end up giving birth to an ugly duckling and let everyone down."
And, although he and Michelle have only been married nine months, Mark has already been getting an earful from his mother Carol Wright about starting a little family.
He explained: "Mum's on our case. 'Hurry up and make it happen, I want to be a nan.' I think we've got another year or two of her nagging and we'll just have to do it."
Meanwhile, the handsome presenter began dating Michelle, 28, in 2012 but has admitted he knew she was The One for him from the first time they locked eyes.
Speaking on 'Loose Women' today (10.02.16), he said: "I knew for the first three years, when I was chasing her. Well one year. You just feel it don't you?
"I met her on our first date and we were sat next to one another and even though I fancied her, it was great that she just seemed so normal. We got on so well. We both had the same family values and she told me that when she gets home, she puts on a DVD and wears her scruffs - and I thought this is the girl for me."

Mike Berry has auditioned for 'The Voice'.
The 'Are you Being Served?' actor is desperate to return to his pre-comedy days as a singer after snagging a place in the battle rounds of the BBC One show by impressing judges with his rendition of Buddy Holly's 'True Love Ways'.
He explained to The Sun newspaper: "I was absolutely terrified! It didn't help that I had a cold on the day of the audition so my range was a bit affected by that."
Despite Mike's initial career as a singer, which saw him have two Top 10 hits 'Don't you Think it's Time' and 'Sunshine of your Smile', the 73-year-old star needed some convincing to return to his musical past and has thanked his friend Chas Hodges - one half of the witty duo Chas and Dave - for giving him the kick he needed.
He said: "Chas is an old mucker of mine and a very wise man. I asked if I should do it and he said. 'What have you got to lose?' So why not."
However, Mike - who toured with the Rolling Stones in the 60s - is devastated former mentor Sir Tom Jones, who left the show last year, won't be sitting on the panel this year.
He said: "I would have liked to have met Tom Jones on the panel, to be honest. Just to say 'hello' and shake his hand. We met years ago when I was in pantomime in Darlington."
Mike Berry's audition will hit screens this Saturday (13.02.16) on BBC One at 7.15pm.
