Samia Ghadie is reduced to tears when she thinks about leaving her baby for work.
The 33-year-old actress is gearing up to return to 'Coronation Street' in two months' time but she has admitted she's worried about leaving her six-month-old son Yves, whom she has with her fiance Sylvain Longchambon, with a childminder when she rushes off to set to film her scenes.
She explained: "It will be hard, as I've not left him at all. But we've found a lovely lady who will do some child-minding. She'll work more round Sylvain's hours as mine can be erratic."
Sylvain added: "She got a little upset the other night just thinking about it."
However, the blonde beauty is looking forward to reprising her role as busybody Maria Connor on the long-running soap after she left last year to have little Yves and she has teased her comeback storyline, which will see her alter-ego return from Cyprus, is set to be explosive.
She explained to Britain's OK! magazine: "Maria will return with a secret that will shock her boyfriend Luke and all other residents on the street."
However, Samia - who also has daughter Freya, six, with her ex-husband Matt Smith - is concerned her acting may be a little rusty following her career break.
She said recently: "I am really looking forward to catching up with everyone at work, a part of me is a bit nervous though; I've not acted for six months. I'll have to get back into the swing of things quickly."

Amy Childs and Gemma Collins will be appearing in the special 200th episode of 'The Only Way Is Essex'.
The two cast members will be returning to the reality TV show that made them famous for the landmark anniversary episode and they appear in famous Essex nightspot Sugar Hut.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "It's true that both Amy Childs and Gemma Collins were among other former 'TOWIE' stars invited back to Sugar Hut last week for filming.
"As the show that they first found fame on, they were only too happy to participate on filming for TOWIE's 200th episode and talk about how grateful they are for the chance the show gave them in starting out."
Since leaving the show last year Gemma, 35, has appeared on 'Celebrity Big Brother', while 25-year-old Amy - who quit 'TOWIE' after appearing in the first two series of the prgramme - also went into the 'CBB' house, competed on 'The Jump' and briefly had her own show 'It's All About Amy'.
The pair's appearance is due to be a one-off but they're always welcome back on the ITVBe show.
The source added: "I don't think there's any talk of a permanent return, although they're all still Brentwood locals, so never say never!"

'EastEnders' bosses have promised there is "so much in store" for Johnny Carter.
The character is returning to Albert Square - with Ted Reilly recast in the role - after taking time out to go travelling and show chief Dominic Treadwell-Collins has promised he will be in the thick of the action with the Carter family's next big storyline.
Executive producer Dominic said: "Johnny is a key member of the Carter family and he's been missing over the past year and a half, when so much has happened to the Carters.
"As the family embark on their next big storyline to take them through 2016, it felt wrong not to have Johnny back to play a big part in that - and learn everything that has happened while he has been away.
"We have so much in store for Johnny and so many stories to tell. After massive casting sessions and recalls with Danny [Dyer] and Kellie [Bright], we have found in Ted not only a brilliant actor, but the perfect Johnny Carter."
Meanwhile, Ted is thrilled to be taking over from Sam Strike as the son of Mick and Linda Carter.
He said: "I'm truly delighted to be joining such an iconic show. The Carters are a fantastic family and I can't wait to get started."
Johnny's last appearance on the BBC soap was December 2014 when he came out as gay before leaving to go travelling with his boyfriend.
Since he left walford, it emerged his mum Linda had been raped by Dean Wicks, and Shirley Carter - who he thought was his aunt - is actually his grandmother.

Matt LeBlanc is "very excited" about hosting 'Top Gear'.
The 48-year-old actor has become "one of the busiest people on the planet" since landing the role on the motoring show, but his 'Episodes' co-star Stephen Mangan says his pal couldn't be happier.
He said: "He's gone from being a man with the most relaxed lifestyle on the planet to one of the busiest people. He's flying all over the place with 'Top Gear'.
"He's very excited. It's great. He's perfect for that part because he's such a petrolhead."
While Matt's appointment came as a surprise to many, it seems Stephen "might have" known long before the official announcement.
He laughed to RadioTimes.com: "I am a good secret keeper."
The 47-year-old actor has already been invited by Matt to be a guest on the show - and is hoping to go on an adventure with his pal if he does sign up.
He said: "It's just driving, how hard can it be? Press a pedal, turn a wheel, surely it can't be that difficult...
"I'm hoping he's going to take me to South Africa or something like that. I don't want to go somewhere in Surrey on a wet afternoon - I want to go somewhere glamorous."

Danny Miller has been taking breaks alone to maintain his 'Emmerdale' alter ego's "dark mood".
The 25-year-old actor is reliving tormented Aaron Livesy's abuse at the hands of his father and admits he has been isolating himself from his castmates in order to get in the "right head space" for the harrowing scenes.
He said: "It begins with early nights followed by an hour-long commute on the M62 from Manchester, where I live, to Leeds and the drive is done in silence. I have that hour to try and get myself into the right head space.
"Once I get into work, psyched up for the big scenes, I have to make sure I'm not snapped out of Aaron's dark mood. That means no light-hearted banter. So, I take tea and meal breaks alone and on set, everybody speaks in hushed tones.
"I have to go to a place you never want to imagine and everybody at work respects that. They create an atmosphere that allows me to get into that mindset and stay there. It's been tough. The hardest story I have had to do, I think."
And Danny admits he has found it harder than usual to switch off at the end of a day's filming.
He told What's On TV: "I am usually really good at shutting the door on things when I leave work, but this time, that's been hard. I've had to rely on friends to cheer me up after work, or visits to the gym.
"The radio helps too - on the way in, I drive in silence, but going home, I will listen to the most upbeat shows I can find."

Jane also criticised Kristina for announcing she and Ben were to become parents while she was a contestant on reality TV show 'Celebrity Big Brother'.

Ant and Dec are planning a return to acting.
The presenting duo - whose real names are Anthony Mc Partlin and Declan Donnelly - first found fame on 'Byker Grove' between 1989 and 1993 and are keen to return to their roots.
Speaking to JON magazine, Ant said: "We started our careers as actors and we would love to do more of that. We've done a few pilots over the years, developed some sitcom ideas but eventually we would end up doing a comedy sitcom or comedy drama,
"That's the next thing we would do. It's in the pipeline."
Dec added: "We've looked at it...We might play versions of ourselves or heightened versions of ourselves"
The pair currently present 'I'm a Celebrity...Get me Out of Here!' and 'Saturday Night Takeaway' and feel "lucky" to still be successful after 26 years.
Ant said: "We've been around for so long and working for 26 years now. We've been in people's living rooms for a long time...
"It's lucky that 'I'm a Celebrity' and 'Takeaway' have been going on for so long that they trust us.
"Therefore, they know when you watch 'I'm a Celebrity' or 'Takeaway' it's going to be a good show because they know we're a good laugh on telly. It's the familiarity that has made us last so long."
Dec added: "It's a bit like a lamp... Everyone has a lamp that they have had for years.
"We can put whatever we want in it every weekend it can be something different...It's just an excuse for us to mess about on Saturday night for 75 minutes of live TV."
