Rula Lenska has been charged with drink-driving.
The former 'EastEnders' star reportedly flipped her Mini after she ploughed into a parked car while driving through Twickenham, west London, on Monday (23.02.16) with her three-year-old grandson strapped to his seat in the back.
Eye-witness Paul Mayhew, 54, told The Sun newspaper: "The Mini hit the back of another car, pushing it onto the kerb, and it ended up on its side.
"A lot of people stopped and tried to help. As a result of the accident, the Mini's ignition was killed, the doors were locked and the windows were powered up, so we couldn't get in. It took quite a long time to get the woman calm.
"There was a child in a car seat in the back. Once we got them out we rolled the car back on its wheels. The woman was very shaky. The child was fine."
The 68-year-year actress was arrested for driving with excess alcohol in her system following a breath test.
She was charged and bailed the following day and is scheduled to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on March 10.
Meanwhile, Rula - who is known for her appearances in 'Footballers' Wives' and 'Celebrity Big Brother' - last hit the headlines in 2012 when she claimed her former husband Dennis Waterman had assaulted her during their marriage.
The 68-year-old actor later admitted to the abuse but was adamant the flame-haired beauty wasn't "beaten."

'The Jump's Davina McCall has been forced to move out of her hotel in Austria because of her "rowdy" co-stars.
The 48-year-old presenter, who hosts the Channel 4 sporting series, has had no option but to change her accommodation because she couldn't put up with the noise the remaining party-loving contestants - Brian McFadden, Ben Cohen, Heather Hills, Sarah Harding, Sid Owen, Tom Parker, Tamara Beckwith and Dean Cain - were making at night.
A source explained to the Daily Star newspaper: "Davina loves all the celebrities on the show but as host of 'The Jump' she needs her kip. The celebrities like to let their hair down after a day of training on the slopes and unfortunately their antics were too rowdy. She decided the best way to get some sleep was to move accommodation."
The fitness guru has now relocated to a hotel near Innsbruck to avoid the chaos until the end of the series.
Meanwhile, the semi-final of the extreme sports programme is set to hit screens this weekend on Channel 4 at 8pm.
And bosses are no doubt looking forward to the show coming to a close following the backlash it's received after a number of celebrities - including Beth Tweddle, Rebecca Adlington and Tina Hobley - were badly injured in the competition.

'EastEnders' is set to be rocked with a shocking death next month.
Bosses have teased Mother's Day (06.03.16) will be one to remember on Albert Square this year as bossy boots Claudette Hubbard (Ellen Thomas) and her son Vincent (Richard Blackwood) get caught up in a vicious blackmail plot involving deceitful conman Gavin Sullivan (Paul Nicholas).
A show insider told the RadioTimes.com: "Things take a sinister turn, changing the Hubbard family forever."
Producers are remaining tight-lipped on the outcome of the storyline but have hinted someone might not make it out alive.
Claudette lands herself in trouble when she attempts to get rid of bad boy Gavin for good after he makes some outrageous demands in order to keep her dirty little secret - still a mystery to viewers - away from the ears of her family.
But things soon get out of hand when the hunky bar owner gets caught up in the potentially life-threatening commotion after he learns his mother has been trying to steal money off him in the hope of bribing Gavin to flee Walford for good with cash.
Meanwhile, it seems the BBC One soap will be filled with plenty of sorrow this year as Dame Barbara Windsor - who plays matriarch Peggy Mitchell - is set to bow out of the programme for good when her alter-ego dies from cancer.

Ade Edmondson was crowned Star Baker in the final heat of 'The Great Sport Relief Bake Off' last night (24.02.16).
The comedian beat 'Pop Idol' champion Will Young, comedian Morgana Robinson and 'Gavin and Stacey' actress Alison Steadman to the prestigious accolade as he created a Sir Cliff Richard cubist masterpiece out of 60 cupcakes, a salmon roulade and an open-top pie in the charity celebrity cooking show, which is hosted by Sarah Milligan.
Speaking of his win, he said as he clutched his bouquet of flowers: "I am very proud. I've always watched since the first series and it was a thrill to be in the tent... I'm chuffed."
The 59-year-old actor was neck and neck with Morgana, until he wowed judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry with the edible recreation of his greatest achievement made up of 60 cupcakes - his 1986 No. 1 hit single recorded with the 'Mistletoe and Wine' hitmaker for Comic Relief.
Paul said of the creative masterpiece: "The whole idea is ingenious. I think you should be very, very, proud of yourself. I haven't seen anything like that on the 'Bake Off' before."
Ade's consistency throughout the episode, alongside his success in the signature challenge with a blueberry flavoured sea, ornately decorated with a boat containing a bear-like tiger to resemble the blockbuster 'Life of Pi', ensured he gained the title and was crowned the winner.
However, not everyone managed to dazzle the professionals as the 'Evergreen' singer suffered a blow with his bizarre tomato soup-flavoured cupcakes.

Craig David would consider a judging role on 'The X Factor'.
The ITV talent show is looking for a replacement after Nick Grimshaw announced he would be stepping down after a year on the panel and the 'When The Bassline Drops' hitmaker believes being a music artist himself would make him more "honest" with the hopefuls.
He told Digital Spy: "If Simon [Cowell] came to me with that position, I would definitely think about it."
Meanwhile, producers are also on the hunt for presenters after Caroline Flack and Olly Murs both confirmed their exit from the show.
It is thought Dermot O'Leary may return to hosting duties despite leaving the series before last after nearly a decade fronting the show.
A source said: "Dermot will come back to 'The X Factor'. Talks are under way on his deal but everything is positive. Everyone, including Dermot and Simon [Cowell], has the will to make it work.
"Producers have realised you can't take any risks with the presenter of the show. You need someone really good who can cope with live TV. It is a massive skill and there are not many people who have it.
"There is even talk Dermot could be offered the presenting job for the rest of the show's life when a new deal is signed with ITV. Bosses are looking at a two or three-year contract for him."

Vicky Pattison isn't sure if she is still dating Joss Mooney.
The 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' winner admitted her love life is "up in the air" after slamming the 'Ex on the Beach' star recently for speaking about her in the press, so she ditched him for her pal Alex Cannon on Valentine's Day.
Writing in her new! column, she said: "I'm sure everyone's well aware my love life is up in the air. I'm not sure what - if anything - is happening between me and Joss Mooney any more, and I didn't want to go out with just anyone for Valentine's Day, so I went for cocktails with Alex Cannon, the most significant man that's ever been in my life."
The former 'Geordie Shore' star admits she isn't dating Alex, but does "fancy" him and the pair share plenty of chemistry.
She added: "He's not a boyfriend, but he actually means more than that. I get why people are speculating we're a couple and our date has added fuel to the fire, but rather than spending the night having an awkward conversation with someone I don't know, I'd prefer to spend it with someone I feel completely comfortable with."
Vicky recently admitted she was "really angry" about reports she had thrown chicken nuggets at Joss' head over jealously, which came from the man himself.
He was quoted as saying: "She does get angry with me sometimes. She threw chicken nuggets at me the other day.
"Vicky doesn't like the idea of me being around other women and them touching me."

Kym Marsh's boyfriend gave her a framed poem he'd written about their relationship for Valentine's Day.
The 'Coronation Street' actress' personal trainer beau Matt Baker treated her to a night in a hotel complete with champagne lunch, massage and a five-course meal before surprising her with the thoughtful and very personal gift.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "He'd booked a beautiful room and after we arrived we had a lovely lunch with champagne, followed by a massage each.
"In the evening we had a five-course meal with wine-pairing at the hotel's gorgeous restaurant. Matt wrote me a poem which he had framed. He referenced loads of lovely things about our relationship in it; he's very good with words and I loved it. We both prefer sentimental gifts to anything else, although I felt spoilt with my night away!"
As well as the kind presents from Matt, Kym's four-year-old daughter Polly - who she has from her former marriage to actor Jamie Lomas - also gave her a gift on February 14.
The 39-year-old star - who also has children, David, 21, and 19-year-old Emilie from a previous relationship - added: "I couldn't wait to get back and see Polly, who gave me an inflatable heart which I thought was very cute."

Tony Blackburn has been sacked by the BBC.
The veteran broadcaster - who was the first DJ on Radio One in 1967 - claims that he has been axed by the BBC over a report into allegations in 1971 that he seduced a 15-year-old 'Top of the Pops' dancer, who later took her own life.
A new report by Dame Janet Smith - which has yet to be published - into the Jimmy Savile sex abuse cover up reportedly contains details of the incident although it clears Tony of any wrongdoing.
Explaining the events leading to his termination in a statement, Tony said: "This week, two days before the publication of the Dame Janet Smith Report, the BBC informed me that all relationships I had with them were being terminated with immediate effect.
"I am told that the decision was taken, personally, by the Director General. Quite naturally, I am devastated.
"The reasons for the BBC taking this decision are that my evidence to Dame Janet Smith shows, I believe, that a cover up took place - one that I had no knowledge of. This goes against what the BBC believe.
"In 1971 allegations were made by the mother of a 15-year-old girl whose diary apparently contained suggestions that she had been seduced by celebrities including me.
"I have never seen the diary and neither has anyone at the BBC or the Dame Janet Review.
"That same year this seemingly troubled teenager, tragically took her own life.
"Dame Janet's report makes no suggestion that I was guilty 45 years ago of any misconduct whatsoever with this girl.
"Nor did a Coroner's inquest into her death or a subsequent police inquiry. The BBC have made clear that they are not terminating my relationship with them because of any misconduct.
"They are destroying my career and reputation because my version of events does not tally with theirs.
"I was not guilty of any inappropriate conduct; my lawyers will take immediate action against anyone suggesting that I was.
"According to BBC records seen by Dame Janet, I was allegedly interviewed about the girls' diary before her death in 1971 by a very senior figure at the BBC, Bill Cotton Jr.
"I was also, supposedly, interviewed by Brian Neill QC as part of his report in to the Payola scandal at the BBC.
"I have repeatedly told Dame Janet and the BBC I was never interviewed by either man in this context and the BBC records are either very vague or have, conveniently, disappeared.
"Regardless of these facts, the BBC is axing me after five decades of broadcasting.
"I am told that the mother told the BBC, a few weeks after her initial complaint, that her daughter had withdrawn the allegation against me.
"Naturally, I am now left with no choice but to take legal action against the BBC.
"They have taken away a career I love and I will not allow them to destroy my reputation."

Jeremy Clarkson has apologised to the former 'Top Gear' producer he punched and has agreed to pay damages.
The 55-year-old presenter has been forced to folk out around £100,000 in order to settle a personal injury and racial discrimination claim after he left Oisin Tymon with a bloody lip and referred to him as a "lazy, Irish c***" last year.
In a statement released today (24.02.16), Jeremy said: "I would like to say sorry, once again, to Oisin Tymon for the incident and its regrettable aftermath. I want to reiterate that none of this was in any way his fault. I would also like to make it clear that the abuse he has suffered since the incident is unwarranted and I am sorry too that he has had to go through that. I am pleased that this matter is now resolved. Oisin was always a creatively exciting part of 'Top Gear' and I wish him every success with his future projects."
Oisin took legal action against Jeremy after the host smacked him in the face in March following a heated row over steak at a hotel in North Yorkshire following filming.
The producer was forced to take months off work in order to recuperate but is now back working at the BBC.
A spokesperson for the broadcaster said: "We are pleased that matters have now been resolved. Oisin has made an important contribution to the BBC in his 12 years with us, and we hope to see him continue to realise his potential in his role as a development executive."
Jeremy, on the other hand, was sacked following the scuffle and is now hosting a new car show for Amazon Prime, alongside his co-stars James May and Richard Hammond.
'Top Gear' has been given a revamp since the incident and will return to screens in May with a new presenting line-up including; Chris Evans, Matt LeBlanc, Sabine Schmitz, Chris Harris, Eddie Jordan, Rory Reid and The Stig.
