'TOWIE's Nanny Pat has reportedly left £437,855 in her will.
The lovable grandmother - whose real name is Patricia Brooker - will split the sum equally between her two sons and three daughters, including Mark and Jessica's mother Carol Wright, after funeral expenses and legal costs have been taken out, according to the Daily Mirror newspaper.
It's believed Pat's estate is mainly made up of the value of her home in Dagenham, Essex, which she had lived alone in since the death of her husband Charlie Brooker in 2007.
The sweet lady broke hearts across the nation last year when she tragically passed away just a few weeks after her 80th birthday in December following a short battle with an illness.
Pat was given a traditional send off in Essex, with her coffin adorned with purple flowers and cream fabric bows, as her friends and family gathered round to pay their respects.
But, although she's gone, Carol is convinced her late mother is trying to send her subtle messages beyond the grave.
Carol said recently: "I think she still sends me little messages. Everywhere I look there are little feathers. When she did pass away, I was paranoid and thinking, 'My sisters have found a feather' and I wasn't finding anything and they just said, 'Do you know what? Just let it come' and every minute now, I'm finding feathers everywhere.
"I'll clear photo of her and then I'll clear another cupboard out and there's another photo of her but I've got her little pillow in the kitchen and I just speak to her every day like, 'You alright mum?' and I keep touching her picture."

Vicky Pattison was on the verge of a breakdown last year.
The 29-year-old star spent 22 hours a day shooting MTV's 'Judge Geordie' before jetting straight across to Mexico to film 'Ex on the Beach' but has admitted, despite the success she's had over the past 12 months, her gruelling work schedule almost tipped her over the edge.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "Everyone who was working on 'Judge' was worried I was heading for a breakdown because I was working too hard - simple as that.
"We were filming the show five days a week and on the other two days I was doing PAs, working on my first novel 'All That Glitters', doing press days and photo shoots and anything else that came my way. I was crying all the time. I wasn't sleeping properly - if at all - and I was exhausted."
The brunette beauty began to drown her stress with booze but became "delirious" and "run down" in front of the cameras, before she was forced to seek comfort from the film crew.
She explained: "I wanted success but hadn't seen my family in weeks and I had no balance in my life. I was careering towards a meltdown and it happened the minute I arrived at 'Ex on the Beach'."
The former 'Geordie Shore' star later turned to This Morning's life coaches Nik and Eva Speakman in a bid to help her deal with the pressures of her growing fame.

'The Million Pound Drop' has been axed.
The BAFTA-winning game show, hosted by Davina McCall, has been dropped by Channel 4 following just five years on screen in a bid to save and pump cash into other shows.
A source explained to The Sun newspaper: "Bosses have decided to put their money into other shows and there are no plans currently to bring back 'The Million Pound Drop'. People say it's a shame as it had a big following."
However, despite the broadcaster's determination to save cash for other ventures, the popular programme, which ran for 11 series and saw contestants play for the £1 million jackpot, hasn't been given the cold shoulder permanently and may be given the chance to return for another series in the future.
A spokesperson from Channel 4 said: "'The Million Pound Drop' is not scheduled but could come back at some stage."
Meanwhile, fans will no doubt be shocked to hear the news as the game show, which also featured celebrity versions, has managed to pull in some big ratings since 2010.

Peter Capaldi thinks 'Doctor Who' has been kept alive by its fans.
The 57-year-old actor - who took on the role of the Time Lord in 2013 - believes the popular sci-fi series, which has run since 1963, has become such a success over the years because the viewers are so dedicated to tuning in week-in week-out.
He said: "It's a great show, it's a part of our television history, and the fact that it's still here and the people still enjoy it, is a great testament to the original idea but also to the wonderful people we have involved in the show.
"I mean Steven Moffat is an extraordinary writer and extraordinary creative person.
"But also we have an astonishing crew down in Cardiff, who I can't praise more highly.
"You know they are an extraordinary bunch of hard working, talented, gifted people who are also great to be around."
And Peter can't wait to see fans' reaction to series 10 when it hit screens "very soon" but he has admitted details surrounding the next installment has been kept tightly under wraps.
Speaking on 'Lorraine' this morning (07.03.160, he said: "It's going to start very soon but for some reason I'm not allowed to tell you, because Doctor Who is veiled in secrecy always."
Meanwhile, it was previously revealed that current executive producer Steven is leaving the sci-fi programme next year and will hand over the reins to the 'Broadchurch' creator Chris Chibnall.

Chantelle Connelly wants to compete on this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 'Geordie Shore' newcomer, who was scouted for the twelfth series of the reality show via Facebook, would happily swap her hot pants, potty mouth and lap-dancing antics for foxtrots and elegant ball gowns on the BBC One hit show.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "What I would actually love to do more than anything is 'Strictly Come Dancing'. I love dancing."
And the brunette beauty is even prepared to give up swearing in order to heighten her chances of nabbing a spot in the line-up when the programme returns to screens later this year.
She explained: "If means I've got to stop swearing to get on 'Strictly', I will stop swearing."
And the loud-mouthed reality TV star believes her background in dance will stand her in good stead at impressing the judges and ultimately lifting the highly-sought after glitterball trophy.
She added: "I'm a good dancer. I'd win it, guarantee I'd win it."
But, for now, Chantelle, who was previously a stripper before making her debut on the MTV show, is determined to keep her fitness up by giving her fellow housemates raunchy lap dances.
Her new co-star Marty McKenna said: "She gives all the girls lap dances in the house."
'Geordie Shore' series 12 will hit screens on MTV on Tuesday (15.03.16) at 10pm.

Gregg Wallace would want "a lot of money" if he was asked to join 'MasterChef Australia'.
The 51-year-old presenter, known for hosting the UK version of the cookery show, has admitted it would take a mega-deal to persuade him to up sticks and front the series Down Under.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he explained: "I have only been on it once and that is when they visited England, so I have no immediate plan to go to Australia. I'd like it very much but it is a very long way away.
"I think they would have to pay me a lot of money. It all depends on how much money they pay.
"It would have to be enough to leave your entire BBC career, wouldn't it? So it would have to be a lot of money."
But it's not just his career in Blightly he's concerned about as he doesn't know how his fiancée Anne-Marie Sterpini and his two grown-up children Tom and Libby, with his ex-wife Denise, would take the news if he just decided to leave his life in the UK behind in order to lap up the sun in Australia.
He said: "Also you would leave your family.
"Also, I have a got a lot of pigs I have collected over the years and pigs in my garden, I wouldn't be able to bring those. We are talking heart wrenching stuff here."
Meanwhile, Gregg will be offering further insight on food and drink at 'The Ideal Home Show', which returns to London Olympia from March 18 until April 3.

Ben Cohen has won 'The Jump'.
The former rugby star - who joined the show in week three - scooped the cowbell trophy in the winter sports contest with an impressive final jump of 18.25m, easily beating Dean Cain's 17.70m and Tom Parker's 16.55m leaps in tonight's (06.03.16) final.
Earlier in the evening, Tamara Beckwith was the first finalist to be eliminated after she faced Dean and Sid Owen in a jump following the Snow Cross event.
The socialist registered a jump of just 15.9m, falling far short of the US actor's 18.2m and the ex-'EastEnders' actor's very impressive 18.85m, a new record for the show.
Sadly for Sid, he didn't get to make another jump as he was eliminated after coming last in the ski cross.
He told host Davina McCall afterwards: "It's been so great and I've had the best time ever and what can I say, I've give it my all.
"My favourite bit was - I can't pinpoint it to one thing. It was just the whole thing, especially the jumping."
Last year's champion Joey Essex had been due to present the trophy to Ben, but was unable to be at the live show as he is in hospital.
Davina said: "He's in hospital and for once it isn't anything to do with us.
"He's having his wisdom teeth out."
The tough contest saw seven contestants - Beth Tweddle, Rebecca Adlington, Tina Hobley, Mark-Francis Vandelli, Sarah Harding, Heather Mills and Linford Christie - pull out due to injury, fuelling speculation it won't be returning for a fourth series.

'The Jump' has reportedly been axed.
The Channel 4 show has been heavily criticised after a number of its stars suffered injuries during the last series and ratings are said to have plummeted on the show.
A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "The feeling among the show team is that this has been the worst series yet. After so many injuries, the celebrities are terrified of everything - and then the viewer ratings have fallen off a massive cliff.
"Yes, there has been a lot of controversy about people getting injured, but that isn't the problem. At the end of the day, this comes down to business. The show is just not pulling in the viewing figures to justify the huge amount being spent on it.
"On top of the celebrity fees and travel costs, there's insurance, the medical team, the fees for hospital treatment. The list goes on. The bosses' view is that it isn't worth it for an audience of a few million."
Meanwhile, Beth Tweddle is making good process after breaking her back whilst competing on the show.
Her parents Ann and Jerry said previously: "Since her surgery, Beth has managed to walk a few steps whilst being assisted by the nursing team.
"She is still very tired from the operation but the medical team are pleased with the progress she is making. At the moment we aren't certain of the timescale for her recovery. We are taking each day as it comes and will update you when there is further news."
