The Voice’s Paloma Faith calls for equal sex panel

Paloma Faith is "p***ed off" she’s the only female coach on ‘The Voice’.
The 34-year-old singer is annoyed the talent show has a predominately male judging panel – consisting of Boy George, Ricky Wilson and will.i.am – and has even brought it up with producers, but her request was shot down because it’s apparently down to the "formatting" of the programme.
Speaking at a secret gig held at London’s Scotch of St James nightclub on Wednesday night (23.03.16), she said: "I think they should change it [the panel so there’s more girls]. They said it was a formatting thing, they keep telling me. That’s what I’ve been told but I don’t know. I think you should ask them, I’m really p****d off about it, I think there should be two women. Two women and two men is equal."
Meanwhile, Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky shockingly told people not to vote for his contestants – Kevin Simm, Chloe Castro and Jolan – over the phone at the weekend and to, instead, buy their songs on iTunes because it will better their chances of winning and will work out cheaper for them.
He explained: "People can pick up the phone and vote, but they can also go online and buy songs and it’s cheaper to buy a song than it is to vote.
"On Saturday night (26.03.16) if you think about voting on ‘The Voice’, don’t bother! Just wait unit they put out a song and buy it, because it’ll be cheaper."
