The Magic Numbers would love to get "p***d" with Adele and write a song with her.
The ‘Love’s A Game’ hitmakers think it would be great fun to get into the studio with the British songstress and have a few drinks with her.
The pop rock group’s singer, Romeo Stodart, exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I’d love to write for Adele. If I end up on a song on her album that would be amazing. I’d love to write a song with her and sit comfortably for a few years on a huge hit."
Drummer Angela Gannon thinks the ‘Hello’ hitmaker – who is known for her crazy antics and potty-mouth – would be the ideal drinking partner.
She added: "I so want to get pissed with Adele. I think Romeo would get on really well .If she loses her voice I can step in for her."
And while Romeo would love the chance to collaborate with the 28-year-old pop beauty, he admits that he’s not a fan of all of her songs, especially "Rumour Has It’, which he thinks is a "throwaway" track compared to her other work.
Recalling watching Adele at this year’s Glastonbury Festival, he said: "We saw her at Glastonbury on the Pyramid Stage. I thought it started really well and then it had a lull.
"And some of the songs aren’t as a good. Some of them are great songs, but then you have songs like ‘Rumour Has It’ are a bit throwaway. But I would definitely do that hell yeah."
Romeo also has his heart set on getting to work with ‘What The World Needs Now Is Love’ hitmaker Burt Bacharach.
And he’s hoping a rising artist he is writing with called Norma Jean Martine – who has already written with the 88-year-old music legend – will make it happen.
He said: "Someone we know, this girl that I’ve written with called Norma Jean Martine, has done a track with Burt so I’ve written a couple of songs with her. He is still doing it, it’s just trying to get in there."
