Taylor Swift will perform at the MTV Video Music Awards.
The 24-year-old pop star will reportedly take to the stage at the annual MTV VMAs on August 24 and is planning to blow away viewers with an "explosive" solo performance.
A source told E! News: "It’s not a collaboration with another singer."
While organisers of the ceremony haven’t officially announced the country star, Usher, Ariana Grande and 5 Seconds of Summer have all been confirmed as performers and will definitely be rocking out on stage at The Forum, in Inglewood, California next month.
Taylor has won two Moonman trophies in the past, taking home the prize for ‘Best Female Video’ in both 2009 and 2013 for ‘You Belong With Me’ and ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ respectively.
This year will see Katy Perry go up against Lorde, Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea for Best Female Video while Drake will battle Eminem, Kanye West, Childish Gambino and Wiz Khalifa for the Best Hip-Hop Video award.
Beyonce leads the way with an incredible eight nominations, including ‘Video of the Year’ and ‘Best Collaboration’.
The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards will air live on MTV on August 24 at 9pm.
