Taylor Swift sends flowers to police after Las Vegas shooting

Taylor Swift has sent multiple bouquets of flowers to a police station after one of their officers was shot in the Las Vegas shooting.
The 27-year-old singer made the generous gesture to the LAPD Foothill Community Police Station in Pacoima, California, following the horrific incident at the Route 91 Harvest Festival at which 59 people died and 527 were injured after a gunman opened fire from the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino Hotel on Sunday (01.10.17).
Instagram user @kimberleeb88 uploaded a picture of a beautiful bouquet on the photo-sharing site and wrote: "Talk about a class act! @taylorswift sent multiple bouquets of flowers and plants to our station, as one of our officers was shot in Las Vegas last night. This is one of the smaller arrangements. Beautiful flowers can bring a smile to anyone’s face. Much respect. (sic)"
Taylor also paid tribute to victims of the Las Vegas shooting and their families.
She tweeted: "There are no words to express the helplessness and sorrow my broken heart feels for the victims in Vegas and their families.(sic)"
It’s not the first time ‘New Romantics’ hitmaker Taylor has been involved in an act of such generosity.
Just last week, the superstar singer sent rapper Cardi B a bouquet of flowers after her track ‘Bodak Yellow’ knocked Taylor’s ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ off the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Cardi wrote: "Sooo beautiful and lovely .Thank you @taylorswift for the flowers … and I freaking love your music (sic)"
In August, Taylor sent flowers to the dancers she used in her ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ music video as a thank you for "keeping her secret" ahead of the song’s debut at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Her gesture was revealed by one of her dancers who took to their Snapchat account to show her followers the beautiful white bouquet she’d been sent, and attached the lovely note which came with the gift.
The printed note read: "Thanks for keeping our secret.
"I’m so proud of it and I hope you will be too.
"Sending my love and gratitude. Taylor (sic)."
