Tameka Empson teased ‘lots of turns’ in EastEnders

Tameka Empson has teased that there will be "lots of turns" coming up in ‘EastEnders’.
The 41-year-old actress – who plays Kim Fox-Hubbard in the soap – has implied that her on-screen husband Vincent Hubbard (Richard Blackwood) may not return to the square after he disappeared earlier this year after getting caught up in a bribery plot.
Speaking on ‘Good Morning Britain’ on Thursday (02.08.18), Tameka said when asked where Vincent has gone: "There are going to be lots of turns and lots of excitement.
"You don’t know what’s about to happen because Vincent has left. He’s disappeared he didn’t put the bins out we don’t know what’s going on."
Host Ben Shephard said: "That would suggest to me he’s not coming back."
Tameka coyly replied: "Well I’ve been searching."
Although there’s a possibility that Vincent won’t return – sparking rumours he may have died – Tameka would love to have her on-screen husband back.
Addressing the audience with a heartfelt plea, she begged: "If you or anyone you know has seen Vincent, please let me know. Just bring him back."
Richard – who left the role of the handsome bent cop in April – recently admitted that the door had been left "slightly ajar" if he wanted to return in the future.
He said: "It’s slightly ajar. I can see the guys in there and they’re like, ‘Richard, how’s it going?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, just checking. We good? My family still there?’
"’EastEnders’ was really good for me. It’s a fast machine. It taught me you don’t have the luxury of taking the time to overly rehearse.
"It’s very quick but it gets you to that place of landing it straight away and trusting it.
"It’s like a master-class. I’m very fortunate."
