Tamara Wall and Anna Passey are to be bridesmaids at their ‘Hollyoaks’ co-star Jessica Fox’s wedding.
The 42-year-old actress – who plays Grace Black on the Channel 4 soap – admitted she burst into tears when Jess (Nancy Osborne) asked her and Anna (Sienna Blake) last night (28.11.19) if they would take on the roles.
She wrote on Instagram: "Omg guess who’s bridesmaids!!! Thank you @jessicalafox honoured!!! (sic)"
Tamara shared a picture of herself and Anna clutching hold of cards which read "will you be my bridesmaid?" with Jess sitting in the middle of them.
Former ‘Hollyoaks’ actor Daisy Wood-Davis – who played Kim Butterfield in the soap – wrote: "Cute!!! X (sic)"
And Tamara replied: "cried obviously!"
Jessica announced earlier this month she and Nicholas Willes had got engaged after he popped the question.
She wrote on Instagram: "Be with someone you can be completely yourself with. Someone who makes you want to be better, kinder, eat more fruit and veg. So of course I said ‘yes.’ (sic)"
Jess shared two Polaroid pictures of the happy couple, with the 36-year-old star showing off her engagement ring.
Nicholas posted the same photos on his Instagram and attached an emotional caption, in which he admitted he had an "irreparable hole in [his] heart" after two of his best friends died recently, but admitted Jess is "repairing the hole".
He wrote: "funny thing, life. beautiful, brutal and colourful. and sometimes a little too shiney, especially on the internet. in honesty, i’m still struggling to come to terms with what’s happened in my life over the last year and a bit, and that it’s a real thing. grieving for two best friends has certainly brought a lot of tears, anger, confusion and what i thought was an irreparable hole in my heart. i don’t think it will ever not hurt, but you learn to manage the pain. anyway, my point being, back in april I wrote on here the absolute necessity to live a bit harder and love a bit stronger, at all costs. don’t wait. and i’ve been working on practicing what i preach. for the simple reason that, life is very, very f**king precious. this one is repairing the hole so it’s back to it’s fullest, rocking my world whilst downright making me laugh all at the same time so f**k it, here’s me being shiney. on the internet. but mostly in real life, with somebody i love. did a thing.
