Steve Aoki announces UK tour

Steve Aoki has announced a UK tour for 2018.
The 39-year-old electro house star will head to the UK in January next year, kicking off his run of shows at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on January 26 before going up to the north west of England for a gig at Manchester’s Academy a day later.
He will also travel to the Welsh capital Cardiff, and Newcastle Upon Tyne before concluding his UK tour in Scotland with a performance at the O2 Academy Glasgow on January 30, 2018.
Steve is currently touring the US and Mexico and is due to play at MGM Grand nightclub Hakkasan in Las Vegas on Thursday night (26.10.17) followed by a performance at Warehouse District in Cleveland on Saturday (28.10.17).
The EDM superstar looks likely to be touring for many years to come after recently investing £200,000 into being frozen in the hope he can make music in the next 150 years.
He said: "When you die there’s a limited number of ways you can be brought back to life.
"You can be buried or cremated.
"I just decided this way I can be frozen at the same degenerated state until there’s a way to bring me back.
"I’m assuming we are going to get there – why not?
Because people pass away and sometimes they get revived like after 30 seconds and come back alive.
"After 150 years, it’s the same process, but hopefully my body isn’t so bad it’s impossible."
Tickets for his UK tour go on sale from 10am on Friday (27.10.17).

Steve Aoki’s UK Tour dates:

Fri January 26 2018 – LONDON O2 Academy Brixton
Sat January 27 2018 – MANCHESTER Academy
Sun January 28 2018 – CARDIFF University Great Hall
Mon January 29 2018 – NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE O2 Academy Newcastle
Tue January 30 2018 – GLASGOW O2 Academy Glasgow
