Stephanie Davis to film birth

Stephanie Davis wants to film herself giving birth.
The 23-year-old actress is expected to welcome her first child – a baby boy – into the world at the beginning of January and, as her due date creeps closer, she’s decided she would love to capture her labour on camera after speaking with Jacqueline Jossa, who has 10-month-old daughter Ella with her partner Dan Osborne, recently.
Writing in her blog for OK! Online, the brunette beauty explained: "I had a lovely catch up with Jacqueline Jossa and we spoke about my pregnancy and her little one. She promised me labour wouldn’t be that bad and that everything is worth it in the end. She said it’s such a magical experience and that I’ll want another one after!
"I’m definitely going to take it all on board and make the most of it. I’m even thinking about filming it as it would be nice to have a personal memory to watch back when I want. I think my mum will be too excited to concentrate on filming though!"
Although she’s not due to give birth for at least another month, the former ‘Hollyoaks’ star is convinced her little one, who she has with her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell, will come earlier than planned as he’s already measuring bigger than he should be.
She said: "I had my latest growth scan in preparation and I can officially confirm by baby is all ready to go! On the growth chart he’s already above the average line and we’ve still got weeks to go – he’s going to be one healthy boy! I just can’t wait to meet him now. I was a bit sad at this appointment though as I didn’t get to see my baby the way I usually do. His head is down and preparing to come into the world so we probably won’t be able to see his face from now on. They’ve booked me in for another appointment before Christmas to keep a close eye on us both."
And Stephanie has started experiencing Braxton Hicks – irregular practice contractions that can be felt around mid-pregnancy and increase in frequency and strength as the pregnancy progresses – and pressure at the bottom of her stomach.
She explained: "It’s all going on too – the pressure has started now and I’ve been speaking to my midwife about Pelvic Girdle pain. She’s given me a few exercises to do and has given me something to wear to help relieve the pressure – I’m full on waddling now! I’ve also started to experience Braxton Hicks which keep waking me up in the night! They are painful but it didn’t compare to what I recently went through in hospital. I honestly can’t imagine my baby making it to my due date, the pains and him are so strong now I’m convinced he will come early."
