Stacey Solomon will join ‘The X Factor: All Stars’ but doesn’t want to compete.
The 30-year-old star rose to fame a decade ago when she finished in third place on Simon Cowell’s talent show, and although she is keen to return in some capacity for the upcoming series featuring former contestants, she doesn’t want to go through the whole stressful experience of actually taking part in the competition again.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "Simon definitely wants me to be a part of it and so do I, but I don’t want to compete against Leona Lewis – my anxiety would go through the roof!
"It’s been 10 years since I did the show and I was nervous then, so I can’t imagine what I’d be like now.
"I’ve said to Simon I don’t feel I could do it all over again but both of us should have a role in some way. I love ‘X Factor’. I wouldn’t be where I am now without it."
Stacey also opened up about Joe Swash’s preparations for the upcoming new series of ‘Dancing On Ice’ as she admitted her man is finding the training to be quite intense.
She added: "He’s enjoying ‘Dancing On Ice’ but he’s finding it tough. It’s physically so draining to be skating every day.
"He can’t move when he gets home. He just lays in the bath for an hour!"
Meanwhile, the ‘Loose Women’ panellist has previously revealed she’d love to be an ‘X Factor’ judge.
She said: "I’d love it! That would be the ultimate dream job. I loved doing it and love being a part of it, so to be able to mentor and go through that experience again, but with somebody else, would be incredible."
