Glen Johnson, Robbie Fowler and Sue Smith have joined the ‘Soccer Saturday’ line-up.
Sky Sports have unveiled a new panel of pundits for the football show after the network axed Matt Le Tissier, Phil Thompson and Charlie Nicholas as part of a major shakeup.
Johnson, Smith and Fowler will join head presenter Jeff Stelling and his usual team mates Paul Merson and Chris Kamara, while Clinton Morrison and Alan McInally are also part of the team.
Completing the line-up will be new regulars Tim Sherwood, Adebayo Akinfenwa and Joleon Lescott.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports have added Roy Keane, Patrice Evra and Micah Richards as permanent additions to their live coverage of Premier League games.
Presenters David Jones and Kelly Cates will appear alongside regulars Jamie Carragher, Gary Neville, Jamie Redknapp and Graeme Souness.
Gary Hughes – Sky Sports director of football – said: "With fans currently unable to attend matches in person, it is imperative we provide the best possible TV and digital coverage to our audiences.
"Confirming Patrice, Micah and Roy to add to our existing line-up of award-winning pundits is brilliant news and we will strive to take the game closer to fans than ever before with increased live action, highlights and analysis."
The ‘Soccer Saturday’ announcement comes after Stelling admitted he was left devastated last month after Le Tissier, Thompson and Nicholas all left the programme.
He tweeted at the time: "One of my saddest days ever at Sky Sports with the departure of three of my best mates. They have been part of a team that for me was the best. (sic)"
His comments came after Sky confirmed the trio had departed the show.
They said in a statement: "We are changing some parts of our football coverage – Matt, Charlie and Phil have done a great job for us over the years, and they will leave us with our sincere thanks and very best wishes."
