Simon Webbe insists his Blue bandmates will "definitely" play a part on his wedding day.
The 39-year-old singer proposed to his fiancée Ayshen Kemal in February this year, and while the couple haven’t planned much of their special day yet, they do intend to dish out special roles to his fellow ‘One Love’ hitmakers Antony Costa, Lee Ryan and Duncan James.
Speaking to Star magazine about the special day, he said: "They’ll definitely have some kind of responsibility, but we haven’t got that far into planning. We’ve got a date, but I can’t reveal it yet."
The singer is to release solo single ‘Nothing Without You’ next month, and he admitted the upcoming release is "close to [his] heart" because it details how he met Ayshen, and how he is determined to make their romance work.
Speaking about the track, he said: "It’s close to my heart because I wrote it about my fiancée.
"It’s about how we met and not giving up on the relationship just because you’re scared it will end some day.
"It’s the first time I’ve written a song about a person like that."
But Simon’s lover is appreciative of the big romantic gesture, despite being a "bit embarrassed" he had dedicated a song to her.
Simon explained: "She asked if I was sure I wanted to release it.
"She appreciated it, but she was a bit embarrassed, which is another reason why I love her so much."
