Scotty T arrested and charged for brandishing air weapon

Scotty T has been arrested and charged for brandishing an "air weapon" in a public place.
The ‘Geordie Shore’ star was forced to confess to the crime during questioning at the station after officers searched his apartment in Newcastle and found the firearm following reports he’d been spotted waving it around in Heaton, where he films for the boozy reality TV show, and posing for photographs with fans and the weapon on May 16.
A police spokesperson said: "On Monday, May 30, a 28-year-old man was arrested and given a caution for possession of an air weapon in a public place."
Scotty – real name is Scott Timlin – was seen leaving the station in the early hours on Tuesday morning (31.05.16) with a distressed expression plastered across his face.
He later took to his Twitter account to post the cryptic message: "Well that was a horrendous 6 hours (sic)," followed by a sobbing emoji.
Although the handsome star was just handed a caution this time, the offence will remain on his criminal record and it may now mean he’ll be refused entry into certain countries.
Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time Scotty has had a run-in with the law as he was also arrested in 2014 when he punched nightclub goer Sam Hilson in the head in Wales.
The ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ winner – who is keen to carve out an international career – was ordered to pay £100 in compensation and fined £265 after he pleaded guilty to common assault.
