Sarah Harding pulls out of work due to injury

Sarah Harding has been forced to pull out of new work projects after rupturing a ligament in her knee on ‘The Jump’.
The 34-year-old singer was confined to crutches last month after she landed awkwardly while competing in the winter sports show, and the nasty injury has now left her with no choice but to put some exciting jobs on the back burner.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I basically ruptured a ligament. I’ve got six weeks of physio- three times a week – it’s kind of like going to the gym so it can be quite gruelling.
"It’s quite tough and tiring but it’s just niggling really. They’ve told me because I didn’t tear a ligament that there won’t be any permanent damage. I don’t need to have an operation or anything because I was quite fit anyway. I just need to retrain the muscles. But right now a few things are on hold because I’m quite limited to what I can do due to the injury."
But it’s not just her work schedule that has been affected by the injury as her fashion sense has also taken a battering.
She explained: "I can’t wear heels at the moment. I have done a couple of times but I’m wiped out the next day. I can’t really wear them that often. If I do, I have to ice my knee straight away afterwards. I can’t wear them for a long block of time."
Sarah is involved in the Just Me and blu social competition as part of the wider campaign that celebrates individuality and bold empowered individuals.
