Samantha Faiers releasing a baby book

Samantha Faiers is releasing a baby book.
The ‘Sam Faiers: Mummy Diaries’ star has thrown herself headfirst into motherhood since she gave birth to her son Paul nine months ago and she is now determined to pour all she’s learnt – from tips and tricks to exercise and quick recipes – into a one space so she can help other busy mothers on the go.
She said: "When you are pregnant, people always tell you their stories, good and bad, and this is mine. It isn’t telling you what to do or how to do it, just what worked for me and how I have dealt with the rollercoaster of the first year. It has been the best year of my life and I am excited to be working to bring it life in a book that I hope will entertain as well as giving sound advice."
‘My Baby & Me’ will document the highs and lows of motherhood and hopefully ease the anxieties of new mums.
It will also offer advice on breastfeeding, meal plans and how to lose baby weight without spending hours in the gym.
The 25-year-old beauty has also been sharing her first year as a first-time mother on her new series following the success of her one-off episode ‘Sam Faiers: Baby Diaries’ earlier this year.
And, although it only hit television screens on Wednesday (12.10.16), Samantha is hoping fans want to see more of her life and encourage producers to commission another series.
When asked if she plans to continue creating series until Paul – who she has with her partner Paul Knightley – is a teenager, she said: "Hopefully. One series at a time but I think so."
