Sam Rockwell dedicated his Oscar win to his "old buddy" Philip Seymour Hoffman on Sunday (04.03.18).
The 49-year-old star won the coveted Best Supporting Actor gong for his starring role in ‘Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri’.
And Sam used the opportunity to thank his good friend, who passed away in February 2014.
