Sam Bailey wants to do a "big band" duets album.
The 39-year-old singer – who won the 10th series of ‘The X Factor’ in 2010 – has expressed her desire to collaborate with several artists including Sting and Phil Collins on an LP.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I want to do a duets album and I want to do a big bands album as well. I’m quite hot on my big band music.
"A big band in like Frank Sinatra band. I’m quite old school so I’d like to duets with Michael McDonald, Sting, Phil Collins, Alice Campbell just people like that."
The brunette beauty would follow in the footsteps of Barbra Streisand, who recently released ‘Duets’ featuring artists including Barry Gibb, Neil Diamond and Celine Dion.
Meanwhile, the ‘Sing My Heart Out’ hitmaker – who released her second LP ‘Free Range Piano’ in April – says her only goal is to continue making music into her sixties.
She said: "I just want longevity and I want to still be working when I’m in my sixties."
