Rukku Nahar is scared of cats and dogs

Rukku Nahar is "so scared of cats".
The ‘EastEnders’ actress – who has joined the BBC soap in February this year as Habiba Ahmed – admitted she’s "terrified" of lots of pets, but bizarrely she’s a big fan of "bigger animals".
She told Inside Soap magazine: "Everyone who knows me knows that I’m so scared of cats – basically of all house pets – I’m just terrified.
"If I see a dog coming towards me down the street, I try to avoid it. But weirdly I love bigger animals.
"I went to Marbella Zoo recently, and I saw the monkeys. One jumped on my back and I fed a baby one. I’m not scared of those animals at all – it’s weird!"
The 23-year-old star also opened up about meeting other celebrities, and she insisted ‘Hotline Bling’ hitmaker Drake is the only famous face she’d be too excited to meet.
She said: "Honestly, I don’t really get starstruck. But perhaps if I met Drake, maybe I would then? Imagine if he had a guest spot in ‘EastEnders’? I know Habiba would die!"
Meanwhile, Rukku admitted video game hero Lara Croft would be her "dream role" after being obsessed with 2001 blockbuster ‘Lara Croft: Tomb Raider’ as a child.
She added: "I’m a really big fan of Marvel movies, so I would love to star in one of those.
"I love those kind of films where there’s a load of action going on, and a strong female lead. ‘Tomb Raider’, as well – I would love to play Lara Croft.
"It’s a dream role. Angelina Jolie was fantastic in it! That was one of the first films that I was really obsessed with as a kid."
