Ruby Rose wants a strand of Margot Robbie’s hair for her comic book collection.
The ‘Orange Is The New Black’ star is keen to find a piece of the blonde beauty’s locks so she can keep it alongside her Harley Quinn memorabilia.
In a series of tweets, she wrote: "When you just added some Harley Quinn to your shrine but now you just need @MargotRobbie strand of hair …
"Dear @MargotRobbie do you know where I could find a strand of your hair for a Harley Quinn fan? Asking for a friend… (sic)"
Margot portrayed the fictional super-villain in ‘Suicide Squad’ and previously admitted Harley is one of the best female roles she has ever seen.
When asked if she believes superhero movies are sexist, she said: "It’s always a bit of a generalisation but I wouldn’t even pigeonhole it just to comic book movies. I feel like a lot of movies you could say are sexist. A lot of the time I pick up a script and I love the male character and I’m not that excited about the female character.
"This project was probably the strongest example of me picking up a script where I was like, ‘I want the female character. That is the best character.’ Harley Quinn is, in my opinion, the best character. If I could have picked one, I’d have picked her anyway."
Margot played Harley opposite Jared Leto’s The Joker and revealed he was "doing half her work for her" by always staying in character.
She added: "I was surprised. I loved that stuff. Jared was doing half my work for me. Harley is very much a part of a relationship. To have such commitment from the other half made my job a thousand times easier, and a thousand times more fun. I didn’t know what was going to happen when we got on set. It’s exciting to act opposite that."
