Prince William ‘was pilot for murder victim’

Britain's Prince William reportedly worked on an emergency flight that has since become involved in a murder case.
The 33-year-old royal - who began his new post as an East Anglian Air Ambulance pilot last month - helped air-lift a man whose subsequent death has become the focus of a serious crime case.
A spokesperson for East Anglian Air Police told PEOPLE: "William was the co-pilot that day.
"Our new aircraft requires two pilots: a captain and a co-pilot. Together with the captain, he took the casualty to hospital."
Prior to taking on the role, Prince William said he hoped the experience would make him a more "grounded" person.
He explained: "For me it's a really important point to be grounded. I feel doing a job like this really helps me to be grounded and that's the core of what I'm trying to become.
"I'm trying to be a good guy, to do what I can and trying to be a decent individual."
Earlier this month, meanwhile, Prince William honoured a rhino ranger with a charity prize, announcing Edward Ndiritu as the first recipient of the Wildlife Ranger Award - an accolade created by his conservation charity, Tusk Trust.
In a letter to Edward, he said: "May I take the opportunity to personally congratulate you on this richly deserved award and to thank you for the extraordinary contribution you and your team at the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy have made towards both the protection of wildlife and increased security for the rural communities of northern Kenya."

Princess Beatrice shares taxi ride with Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis

Britain's Princess Beatrice shared a tax with Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis at the weekend.
The 27-year-old royal and her boyfriend Dave Clark and the Hollywood duo - who welcomed their daughter Wyatt Isabelle into the world in October 2014, and tied the knot in July - all sat in the back of an Uber taxi as it made its way through the streets of New York City.
Uber driver David Capellan took to social media to reveal his excitement at having met the two couples, writing: "I just met #Ashtonkutcher #Milakunis #princessbeatrice and #DaveClark we all had a crazy convo #lol #goodpeople #royalty #uber (sic)"
The driver and passengers discussed a number of interesting topics, including Princess Beatrice talking about her time on Oprah Winfrey's mega yacht, E! News reported.
The group are all good friends, having holidayed together in St Tropez in France in June 2013.
Earlier this month, meanwhile, it was reported Princess Beatrice is worrying royal officials with her lifestyle.
Royals officials apparently became concerned after the princess was recently seen living it up on Russian business magnate Roman Abramovich's multi-million pound yacht.

Princess Mary named best-dressed young royal

Crown Princess Mary of Denmark has been named the best-dressed young royal.
The Australian-born royal, who's married to Crown Prince Frederik, beat off competition from the likes of the Britain's Duchess of Cambridge and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands to win the award for the second consecutive year from Britain's Hello! magazine .
The 43-year-old brunette topped the poll of more than 30,000 readers, achieving an impressive 29 per cent of the overall vote.
Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, came in second place in the vote and Queen Letizia of Spain in third.
Conversely, Norway's Princess Mette-Marit placed last, with some readers suggesting her style is unflattering.
This comes shortly after reality TV star Khloé Kardashian admitted her and her sisters' kids clothing line was inspired by Britain's Prince George.
Khloé revealed the family took inspiration from the two-year-old son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for the clothing range.
Explaining what about Prince George was so inspirational, she said: "Prince George is the cutest ever. He is so cute and preppy, but he still represents very well. He is very cute."

Royals ‘shock guests’ by attending friends wedding

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made a surprise appearance at a friend's wedding in Devon on Saturday (15.08.15).
The majority of guests at the wedding of Bear Maclaine and Daisy Dickson were shocked to see the royal duo - who tied the knot in 2011 - in attendance at the event, after it was reported recently that they would be spending less of their time at social engagements following the birth of their second child, Princess Charlotte.
A close friend of the family recently told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "'Kate has basically told him that because of his hours with his new job, any other time has to be spent with her and the kids.
"His friends understand, of course, but they are really missing him. And they suspect he is missing them too."
It's been suggested the Duchess - who was known as Kate Middleton prior to her marriage - has asked her husband to spend more time at home.
The insider added: "William used to be allowed to go to things on his own and he'd always excuse Kate's absence, but she's asked him to avoid going to any social functions for the time being - with or without her."

Prince Charles’ letter goes up for sale

A handwritten note from Britain's Prince Charles is being put up for sale in the US.
In the letter - written to Janet Jenkins, a receptionist at the British consulate in Montreal, Canada, in June 1980 - the Prince revealed his concerns about starting a family, having children and getting divorced, something he later did with Princess Diana.
The letter reads: "I do hope you have recovered from the traumatic business of marriage and divorce in such a short time.
"Thank goodness you discovered the mistake early enough and didn't start a family.
"Starting a family and making a mistake like that is frankly, something which concerns me enormously."
In the letter - which is one of six he sent to Ms Jenkins - the Prince also dwelt on the pressures he faced as the future King and the interest surrounding his own love life.
He added: "I shall just have to get married as soon as possible and then all these people might relax a little! I still think my solution of marrying a girl from each Commonwealth country is the best one."

Donald Trump ‘bombarded Princess Diana with flowers’

Donald Trump reportedly "bombarded" Britain's Princess Diana with flowers after her marriage to Prince Charles collapsed.
The US billionaire - who married his third wife, Melania, in 2005 - pursued the Princess of Wales to the point of "stalking" in the misguided belief he could date her, according to broadcaster Selina Scott.
She explained: "He bombarded Diana at Kensington Palace with massive bouquets, each worth hundreds of pounds.
"Trump clearly saw Diana as the ultimate trophy wife. As the roses and orchids piled up at her apartment she became increasingly concerned about what she should do. It had begun to feel as if Trump was stalking her."
Selina - who has a longstanding feud with the 69-year-old businessman, who's currently seeking the presidential nomination of the Republican Party in the US - said not dating the late Princess was one of Trump's biggest regrets.
She wrote in the Sunday Times newspaper: "When she died in the tragic accident in Paris in 1997, Trump told friends his biggest regret was that they hadn't dated. He said that he always thought he had a chance of romance and would have had a 'shot' with her."

Queen Elizabeth attends VJ Day service

Britain's Queen Elizabeth attended a service at the St Martin-in-the-Fields church in central London on Saturday (15.08.15) to mark VJ Day. The 89-year-old monarch and her husband, the Duke of Edinburgh, were among those in attendance at the church se...

Mike Tindall getting nose fixed

Mike Tindall can't breathe through his nose.
The former English rugby player - who is married to Britain's Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter Zara Phillips - is being forced to have his displaced feature fixed years after several breaks through sport related injuries.
However, the 38-year-old retired sportsman admitted he thinks if he gets it corrected people will think he is doing for the sake of his TV career.
He said: "I don't really want to get it fixed but it looks like I might have to because I can't actually breathe very well.
I guess it's something similar to a pug.
"The problem is that if I get it done, will people say I've had it just because I'm doing TV stuff now? Because it's definitely not."
The former 'The Jump' and 'Bear Grylls Mission Survive' star broke his nose when he was five-years-old on a dodgem car, when he hit his head on the driving wheel and he has injured the body part more than eight times during his long career in the sport.
Mike also said that his nose is probably while people notice who they are when they are out in the public.
He told the Daily The Mirror newspaper: "Depending on where we go, getting recognised is actually probably worse for me because of the nose."

Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall sail through storm

Zara Phillips and her husband Mike Tindall battled through thunder at a yacht race.
Britain's Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter and her former rugby champion other half attended the Artemis Challenge at Cowes on the Isle of Wight, where they battled it out with other rugby player's sailing in horrendous downpours and thunder and lightning.
16 of the world's biggest racing boats sailed around the Isle of Wight to raise money for a charity of their choice.
The competitive spirit wasn't washed away by the weather as Mike Tindall wanted to ensure he beat his former French rival Serge Betsen and Sylvain Marconnet.
However, Serge won the race, but the 36-year-old retired sportsman joked that it would be the "only win" he would be getting as England won't lose against the French at Twickenham stadium over the weekend on Saturday (15.08.15).
He told the Daily Express newspaper: "I saw Serge won - it's the only win he's getting this week! We're not losing to the French at Twickenham!"
The couple were spotted holding the flag of England with Serge who won the race.
