Prince Harry close to Chelsy Davey again

Britain's Prince Harry is close to ex Chelsy Davey again.
The heir to the British throne reportedly met up with Chelsy - who he had an on-off relationship with from 2004 to 2010 - while on his expedition saving animals in Africa last month and an insider reckons "Chelsy has his heart" still, but she doesn't want to "commit yet" because she is afraid of a "life in the spotlight".
A friend of Harry told The Sun newspaper: "Harry still holds a candle for her. Chelsy has his heart.
"They saw each other recently. There's still very much something between them, but Chelsy won't commit yet because she doesn't want to lead a life in the spotlight. Harry's very sensitive to that."
It's also believed to be "no coincidence" that Harry, 30, decided to work in Africa as Chelsy, 29, is originally from Zimbabwe and plans to head back out there in November.
And the fact he has "never fallen out of love" with his former girlfriend who is "strong and independent" and "does everything on her own terms".
A source added: "It's no coincidence that Harry decided to spend more time in Africa later this year.
"He has never fallen out of love with Chelsy. She's not like other girls; she's strong, independent and a rule-breaker. She does everything on her own terms."
Both Harry and Chelsy are single, as the Prince broke up with Cressida Bonas in April of last year and Chelsy ended her relationship with former beau Charles Goode earlier this year.
Kensington Palace refused to comment.

Queen Elizabeth ‘lights up’ around Prince Philip

Britain's Queen Elizabeth "lights up" around her husband Prince Philip.
The 89-year-old monarch married the 94-year-old royal on November 20, 1947, at Westminster Abbey and as they prepare to celebrate 68 years of marriage, friends say they are happier than ever.
Sally Bedell Smith, author of 'Elizabeth the Queen: The Life of a Modern Monarch', told PEOPLE: "She saw in him a freshness. He's very bright, he's complex and she knew he might not be easy, but he wouldn't be boring. Someone who works with them has said, 'She lights up when he walks into the room.' She becomes softer and lighter and happier."
And the queen relies on her husband to help her carry out her duties.
Sally added: "He's said that supporting the queen has defined his life. Certainly his personality has provided some relief to her in the midst of their official duties."
Speaking previously about his grandparents, Prince William said: "The queen's kindness and sense of humour, her innate sense of calm and perspective and her love of family and home are all attributes I experience first-hand. I should add that no mention of the queen is complete without paying tribute to my grandfather Prince Philip, who has devoted his life to supporting her."

Space fan Queen Elizabeth

Britain's Queen Elizabeth is fascinated with space travel.
The 89-year-old monarch is a huge fan of all things related to space exploration and loves meeting astronauts.
Ingrid Seward, author of 'The Queen's Speech', told PEOPLE: "She is really interested in space travel. She's really knowledgeable about the stars and astronomy" - and she loves meeting astronauts.
In 2013, the queen sent a message of support to Canadian astronaut Christopher Hadfield, when he took command of the International Space Station.
She said in a statement: "I am pleased to transmit my personal best wishes, and those of all Canadians, to Colonel Christopher Hadfield as he takes command of the International Space Station on Wednesday.
"Our thoughts and best wishes are with him and the entire crew, as are our prayers for an eventual safe return to family, friends and fellow Canadians."
And back in 2007 she paid a visit to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland where she spoke to astronauts aboard the ISS via video link.
She described the experience as "fascinating".

‘Lonely’ Princess Diana

Princess Diana was "lonely" and homesick in her final days.
The royal died in a car crash in Paris in 1997, along with her boyfriend Dodi Fayed, and Diana's former butler Paul Burrell claims she was desperate to get back to London before she died.
Speaking during an appearance on 'Celebrity Big Brother', he said: "She had phoned me and told me she was going to be late back so to change her diary.
"She phoned me and made me promise I would be there when she got back.
"She was so desperate to get back to her own little world, to come home -she was so lonely."
He also claimed that Diana made him promise to still be there when she got back from her holiday.
He said: "She called and said, 'I want her hear you say it.' I said, 'Ok I promise I will be there' and that is the last thing I said to her. Now I think why did she say that to me?"
Paul also called the tragic day she died "the saddest day of my life".
He added: "I was waiting for her to come home."

Prince Charles to miss Queen Elizabeth’s celebrations

Prince Charles will miss Queen Elizabeth's celebratory dinner as she marks becoming Britain's longest-serving monarch.
The royal has invited family members to her Balmoral estate in Scotland to mark the occasion on Wednesday (09.09.15) but her oldest son can't make it as he has a previous commitment.
According to the Daily Mail, Charles will be 150 miles away at Dumfries House with TV presenters Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly to work on a documentary about his charity, the Prince's Trust.
An ITV source said: "The prince will be meeting Ant and Dec at Dumfries House on September 9 in connection with the documentary."
The pair are ambassadors for the charity, with Prince Charles saying last year: "I have had the great pleasure of meeting them on many occasions over the past 15 years as avid and generous supporters of the Prince's Trust, taking time out from their extremely busy schedules to support and inspire those young people who come to us in disadvantaged and difficult situations.
"As role models, they have led by example, showing a work ethic and a dedication that I know is appreciated by, and encouraging to, the many courageous young men and women who come to my Trust seeking guidance in trying to make a better life for themselves and, in turn, in some cases, their families and communities."

Queen Elizabeth critiques Downton Abbey

Queen Elizabeth critiques 'Downton Abbey' for fun.
The 89-year-old monarch is a huge fan of the ITV drama series which follows the lives of the upper-class Crawley family and its servants but loves to point out historical inaccuracies.
Brian Hoey, author of 'At Home With The Queen' told PEOPLE magazine: "She loves to pick out the mistakes. They do tend to get it right. However, the queen did notice on one episode that there was a young so-called British officer wearing medals which had not been awarded when he was supposed to be alive.
"He was fighting in the First World War and the medals on his chest did not come in until the Second World War."
And it's not surprising she can spot inaccuracies as Queen Elizabeth used to be a frequent visitor to Highclere Castle in Berkshire, where the show is filmed, as she was a close friend of the seventh earl until his death in 2001.
Along with a love of 'Downton Abbey, the queen is also believed to be a fan of 'EastEnders', 'Keeping Up Appearances' , 'Last of the Summer Wine' and 'The X Factor'.
Indeed, she reportedly told former contestant Mary Byrne that she never misses an episode of Simon Cowell's pop star search show.

Princess Diana’s butler blasted for cashing in

Princess Diana's former butler has been blasted for taking part in 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
Paul Burrell - who the late royal referred to as her "rock" - has joined the Channel 5 reality TV show for a few days to show the American housemates how to be good servants to their British rivals, who are set to become members of the reality TV show's Royal Family this week.
However, viewers have taken to Twitter to slam him for "cashing in" on his royal connections.
Comments included: "Nice to see/hear that Paul Burrell is still cashing in on his fame as Princess Diana's butler," "Paul Burrell still cashing in on Princess Diana's death... #shameful #CBB" and "Urgh. Paul Burrell still cashing in all these years later :/ #CBBUK (sic)."
Other horrified Twitter users wrote: "I can't stand Paul Burrell. Still trading off Princess Diana and betraying palace secrets" and "I see that Paul Burrell is still using Princess Diana to boost his own fame. He's so shameless! #cbb (sic)."
And many people were horrified that his appearance on the show came just one day after the 18th anniversary of Diana's death on Monday (31.08.15).
Viewers wrote: "Absolute disgrace having Paul Burrell in the house 18 years yesterday since princess Diana died" and "The day after the 18th anniversary of Princess Diana's death, Paul Burrell enters the CBB house. I think that shows what kind of man he is (sic)."
Princess Diana died after a car crash in Paris on August 31, 1997.

Prince William’s lunch woes

Britain's Prince William is struggling to keep his lunch fresh after the refrigerator at his air ambulance base broke.
The 33-year-old royal is currently working as a helicopter pilot with the East Anglian Air Ambulance Service and reportedly takes his own food in because it has no canteen.
But the charity posted an appeal for a new fridge on Twitter after theirs recently broke.
The tweets read: "Oh no! The fridge at our Cambridge base has broken down and needs replacing.
"We're looking for someone to donate a new standard under-counter fridge.
"Please comment below or email [email protected]."
Father-of-two Prince William has been kept busy in his new role and completed four rescue missions in his first week in July.
William made four potentially life-saving trips during the seven days; firstly to Garboldisham in Norfolk and then Felixstowe in Suffolk, where he rescued a man suffering a heart attack. Later in the week, he attended an incident in Colchester, Essex, whilst another mission saw him head to Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
Before starting the job, William admitted he was "feeling the nerves".
He said: "It's sort of a follow-on from where I was in the military with my search and rescue role.
"There are many of the same kind of skills and a job like this is very worthwhile, valuable and there's an element of duty."

Duchess Catherine’s burlesque cousin shock

Duchess Catherine's burlesque dancer cousin was shocked to discover that they were related.
Katrina Darling, 25, admitted she could not believe it when a reporter discovered the link between her and the future Queen of England back in 2011 and she initially thought it was an April Fools' Day joke.
She told the Sunderland Echo: "It was in the lead up to the Royal Wedding and national newspapers were looking into extended members of the Middleton family. I got a phone call from a reporter at the Daily Mail. At first I didn't believe them as it was April 1 and I assumed it was an April Fool's.
"I rang the press office at the Palace and they said it was true, and that I should handle it how I want."
Before discovering her royal connection, Katrina, whose grandmother Jane Darling, was the sister of Duchess Catherine's great grandfather Thomas Harrison, had her own 'God Save The Queen' burlesque routine.
Since then she has appeared on the cover of Playboy, explaining: "I'd always been a fan of pin up, which is why I chose to do Playboy. But there's much more I've turned down, such as 'Celebrity Big Brother', 'Splash' and 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here'. I don't want to eat kangaroo testicles."
