Prince Harry was ‘proud dad’ at flypast

Britain's Prince Harry felt like a "proud dad" when he watched the war veterans take part in the flypast on Tuesday (15.09.15).
The 31-year-old royal was overcome with joy when he saw the last remaining World War Two servicemen fly the fighter jets in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain at Goodwood Aerodrome in West Sussex, England.
Speaking of the servicemen taking part in the event, Harry told Channel 4's 'Battle of Britain: Return of the Spitfires': "I feel like a proud dad. I am thrilled they have managed to last the distance so far and have actually been enjoying it."
The flame-haired hunk was determined to capture as much of the event as he could on camera and could be seen happy-snapping at the fighter jets before their takeoff.
The Prince even told one of the pilots to "to do some aerobatics over the field," and according to wounded veteran Nathan Forster, "he did a few "loops and rolls."
Harry - the grandson of Queen Elizabeth - was expected to fly in one of the four two-seater Spitfires taking part in the display but gave up his seat for veteran Tom Neil, 95, after one of the vintage planes developed a mechanical fault.
Meanwhile, the handsome Prince, who spent his 31st birthday at the memorial event, has just returned to the UK after working on conservation projects in South Africa.

Duchess Catherine to visit Family School in London

Britain's Duchess of Cambridge is set to visit The Family School in North London today (17.09.15).
The 33-year-old beauty will kick off the return to her royal duties following her maternity leave with a visit to the new learning facility, which is run by the Anna Freud Centre.
The school offers an alternative way of teaching by allowing parents to sit in on lessons and attend their own classes as a way of learning how to effectively support their children.
The Duchess' visit to the school comes just a few weeks after she and her husband Prince William, who got married in 2011, released a statement saying how they intend to "play a part" in the improvement of mental health services and to address the issues in order to "benefit young people".
The brunette beauty said via Kensington Palace recently: "I feel strongly that young people and parents need to know that they can ask for help.
"Just as with physical health, we need to act early to provide support when a child is faced with emotional difficulties."
She added: "This is a discussion that William and I hope to play a part in during the months and years to come.
"We welcome all work to highlight this important issue for the benefit of all our young people."

Prince Harry celebrates birthday with ex Cressida Bonas

Britain's Prince Harry celebrated his 31st birthday with his ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas on Tuesday (15.09.15).
The flame-haired royal was joined by the 26-year-old actress, whom he split from in April, and 20 other guests as they marked the milestone at the Cross Keys pub in Chelsea, West London with a lavish cake and loud music.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "The party started at about 8pm and went on until about 1.30am. There was even a birthday cake with fireworks coming out of it.
"Cressida turned up with a female friend about 9.30pm and stood at the bar apparently waiting for Harry.
"She was there with him and his inner circle for the rest of the night, which shows how close they are.
"It's very early days and Harry is weighing up his options, but there are obviously still feelings there for Cressida."
News that Cressida attended the Prince's birthday bash is unlikely to go down well with his former squeeze Chelsy Davy, 29, whom he had an on-off relationship with from 2004 to 2010, after reports they've been getting close again following a meet-up in South Africa last month.
The source explained: "Harry wants to try and give his relationship with Cressida one more chance.
"Obviously it's not going to be nice for Chelsy to see, but she remains on good terms with Harry."
Meanwhile, Cressida dumped her boyfriend Edward Holcroft, whom she has been dating for six months, last week because her heart still belongs to the royal hunk.
Harry - the grandson of Queen Elizabeth - has been single since he split from Cressida earlier this year.

Queen Elizabeth Skypes her grandchildren

Britain's Queen Elizabeth video calls her grandchildren.
The 89-year-old royal - who became the longest reigning monarch last week - relies on the online chat service, Skype to keep in touch with her granddaughter Zara Phillips, 34.
Her Majesty made the revelation while making her annual visit to the Women's Institute in Sandringham, Norfolk.
Vice President Mrs. Browne told PEOPLE.com: "She's very much in the modern world, and as most grandparents know, if they want to keep in touch with their families these days that's what they have to do!"
News that she uses the internet to keep in touch with her relatives comes just a week after it was revealed she critiques the BBC drama 'Downton Abbey' for fun.
Brian Hoey, author of 'At Home With The Queen' said: "She loves to pick out the mistakes. They do tend to get it right. However, the queen did notice on one episode that there was a young so-called British officer wearing medals which had not been awarded when he was supposed to be alive.
"He was fighting in the First World War and the medals on his chest did not come in until the Second World War."
Along with a love of 'Downton Abbey, she's also believed to be a huge fan of 'EastEnders', 'Keeping Up Appearances' , 'Last of the Summer Wine' and 'The X Factor.'

Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry are set to attend the world premiere of 'Spectre' next month.
The trio will watch the screening at the Royal Albert Hall in London on October 26 after the 24th James Bond film was selected for the CTBF's Royal Film Performance 2015.
Producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said: "We are honoured that Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry will attend the Royal Film Performance of 'Spectre' and delighted the CTBF will be the beneficiary of the event."
Harry, 31, William, 33, and Catherine, 33, will walk the red carpet alongside some of the film's big stars such as Daniel Craig, Christoph Waltz, Lea Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Monica Bellucci and Ralph Fiennes.
'Spectre' will be the third Bond film chosen as an RFP title since its inception in 1946.

Prince William to present Tusk Conservation Awards

Britain's Duke of Cambridge is set to present the Tusk Conservation Awards later this year.
The 33-year-old Prince, who became the Royal Patron of Tusk in December 2005, will dish out the winning trophies during a ceremony in London on November 24, 2015.
Edward Ndiritu has already been informed he'll be receiving a medal, which has been specially crafted by the jewellers Tiffany, from the Duke for his work as the head of the anti-poaching unit, Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, in Kenya.
William penned Edward a letter to congratulate him on winning the Tusk Wildlife Ranger Award and to thank him for the "extraordinary contribution" he and his incredible team have made to protecting the wildlife in the country.
The other three nominees include; Mary Molokwu-Odozi from Libreria, Emmanuel de Merode from the Democratic Republic of Congo and Cosmas Mumba from Zambia.
Tusk Chief Executive, Charlie Mayhew, said: "Choosing just three outstanding conservation champions for our shortlist for the Tusk Award was extremely tough. We look forward to celebrating the work of our winner and all the finalists when they join us in London on November 24th."
Prince William, who is focused on conservation around the world, set up the awards after he and his brother Prince Harry, 31, carried out a tour of Botswana three years before.

Holly Willoughby gets Duchess Catherine makeover

Britain's Duchess of Cambridge's new hair do inspired Holly Willoughby to chop her fringe live on television.
The 'This Morning' presenter, 34, asked the royal beauty's hairdresser Richard Ward, who was appearing on the breakfast show yesterday (15.09.15), to cut her bangs into a similar style he recently gave the 33-year-old Duchess.
Looking at her co-star Phillip Schofield, Holly asked: "Shall I cut it?" as Richard worked his magic on three lucky viewers.
Turning to the royal stylist, the blonde stunner decided to go with the chop, adding: "Go on then... but not too short, don't scare me!" as a frightened expression grew across her face.
After Richard finished up her 'gringe' - a term used to describe a grown-out fringe - Holly beamed and said: "Oh this is lovely, thanks very much... I'm having a lovely day!"
She added to the viewers: "Ta da! What do you think?... I love it when it's up because I'm always tying my hair up at home and it gives a bit of business around the front."
Meanwhile, Catherine, 33, showcased her new middle-part fringe and shorter locks while travelling to church with her husband Prince William, 33, in Scotland last weekend.
Her chocolate tresses were combed back into a half-up-half-down 'do, while her stylish bangs framed her dainty features.
The Duchess, who was known as Kate Middleton until she married William in 2011, was dressed in a maroon cross-over coat and black turtleneck blouse, while her royal spouse opted for a navy suit and tie combination.
Catherine is certainly no stranger to changing up her look a little as a few months back she added some character to her luxurious locks by cutting in some choppy layers.
