Roman Kemp is launching a music game show.
The 25-year-old radio presenter has teamed up with James Corden – who currently presents ‘The Late Late Show…’ in the US – and his production team to create a new series that will appeal to music lovers and offer them a form of "escapism."
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, he said: "It’s for music lovers who want fun and a bit of escapism. I’m fronting it. I took the idea to James Corden and his production company so we’ve been working on it for a while."
And, although he’s busy working on his new project, Roman is adamant he won’t be taking part in any reality TV shows because he’d rather focus on presenting them.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I would rather host those shows.
"For me, I’m a presenter and that’s my job so if I’m not good enough to host the show then why I am in it?"
But that didn’t stop him watching ‘Love Island’ last summer and that, in turn, led to him developing a crush on Montana Brown.
He said recently: "I really fancy Montana – she’s beautiful isn’t she? We actually went to the same school so I thought that could help me.
"There’s nothing wrong with having a bit of mutual ground is there? I was excited when I saw she had split from Alex – I started following her on Twitter."
But the news that he has his eye on the 21-year-old wannabe presenter will unlikely sit well with her co-star Georgia Harrison as she recently admitted she finds Roman really "fit" after they met one another at V Festival in Essex last summer.
She said: "Obviously we did meet at V fest and I heard he was talking about me when I was on ‘Love Island’, we’re just literally friends, but I do think he’s really fit. He seems like such a lovely boy and I don’t think you come across that much these days especially in this industry, you can tell he’s a lovely person."
