Robert ‘Judge’ Rinder’s Strictly advice from Rachel Stevens

Robert ‘Judge’ Rinder has received advice from Rachel Stevens for ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The straight-talking criminal barrister is set to compete on the BBC one ballroom and latin show and the former S Club 7 star – who competed in 2008 on the programme – has advised him to "remember his steps" and just be "talented"
He said: "I’ve had some advice from Rachel Stevens – she said try to remember the steps and be talented.
"That’s all right if you’re Rachel Stevens, she has always been super-talented. We’ve known each other since back in primary school."
The 38-year-old star said he is keen to impress judge Craig Revel Horwood the most.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I’d like to impress Craig Revel Horwood – unlike him I’m able to raise a judicial eyebrow."
Meanwhile, fellow contestant Will Young said he wants to impress head judge Len Goodman as he’s pretty much his "stalker".
The ‘Leave Right Now’ hitmaker said: "The judge I’d want to impress the most is Len Goodman – I love him. I think I am bordering on stalker level."
The 37-year-old pop star has also admitted one of the most challenging things will be arriving to training on time.
He admitted: "I’m taking part in Strictly because I want the challenge of learning dances I have never done before.
"My biggest challenge will be remembering the technique of every dance. And trying to not be late."
Robert and Will face stiff competition from Ed Balls, Laura Whitmore, Ore Oduba, Melvin Odoom, Louise Redknapp, Danny Mac, Daisy Lowe, Naga Munchetty, Anastacia, Claudia Fragapane, Lesley Joseph, Tameka Empson and Greg Rutherford, who will all compete for the Glitterball trophy.
