Rick Ross’ daughter’s 16th birthday bash postponed after hospital dash

Rick Ross’ daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party has been postponed after he was rushed to hospital.
The 42-year-old rapper had reportedly splashed out $100,000 on a section of the Casa Casuarina – formerly the Versace Mansion – in Miami for Toie’s birthday bash on March 17, but the family decided to put the festivities on hold after he was taken into hospital with a suspected heart attack last week.
A source told TMZ.com: "The rapper booked a section of the Casa Casuarina nearly seven months ago for Toie’s bash. The party was slated for March 17, but after Rick was rushed to the hospital last week, his family called to postpone the party as they didn’t know how long the boss would be in for."
Although they’ve decided to postpone the party, the ‘Purple Lamborghini’ hitmaker reportedly returned to his home on Monday (05.03.18) after four days in hospital.
Rick was treated in the hospital’s cardiac unit after he was rushed in to the emergency room in the early hours of March 1 because he was found unresponsive and "slobbing out the mouth".
The ‘Aston Martin Music’ rapper was reportedly "hooked up to a machine that’s taking over the function of his heart and lungs" whilst he continued to undergo treatment at the hospital.
Sources claimed Rick had been placed on ECMO, or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, which is a technique used to oxygenate his blood outside of his body, before it’s pumped back into his body.
This isn’t the first time the music mogul has found himself facing a health scare.
In 2011, he suffered two seizures on two separate flights, and whilst he blamed them on lack of sleep at the time, he changed his lifestyle following the hospital dashes and eventually dropped 100lbs.
