Pusha T disagreed with Kanye West meeting Donald Trump

Pusha T tried to stop Kanye West from meeting US President Donald Trump.
The 39-year-old rap star, who serves as the President at Kanye’s GOOD Music record label, has revealed he objected to the ‘Famous’ hitmaker’s decision to meet with the outspoken billionaire at Trump Tower in New York City in December.
He said: "This is not the first thing that me and Kanye disagree on. We disagree on a lot.
"I was like, ‘Man, there ain’t nothing to go talk about.’ But he has a perspective – and we were definitely polar opposites – but he was like, ‘Man, you gotta talk. We gotta talk. And there’s some things that I want to get across in regards to education’ and so on and so forth."
Despite Kanye’s reasoning, Pusha admitted he still disagreed with his decision to meet with the President.
He told 93.9 WKYS: "He’s like ‘Bro, he’s in there. We either gotta communicate or we ain’t gonna be heard.’ So that was his stance on it. My stance on it was, ‘Listen, I can’t do it.’"
Shortly after his meeting with the US President, Kanye took to Twitter to reveal what they discussed.
He wrote: "I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues.
"These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago. I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change. (sic)"
Meanwhile, President Trump also praised the rap star following their meeting in New York.
He said: "He’s a good man. We’ve been friends for a long time."
And when he was asked about what they’d discussed, President Trump simply said: "Life."
