Prince William jokes he’s ‘allergic’ to selfies

Prince William has joked he’s "allergic" to selfies.
The 35-year-old royal happily posed for numerous pictures with fans – who had been waiting for him and his wife Catherine in a snow-covered park – during his trip to Oslo, Norway, yesterday (01.02.18), but after a while he appeared to have had enough as he quipped that he has an adverse reaction to self-taken photos and prefers "traditional" ones.
The prince stopped in front of Kristin Larsen, 46, and she held up her phone and asked for a picture, to which he laughed and replied: "I’m allergic to selfies."
She then agreed to have one taken by someone else.
She told HELLO! magazine: "I’m just so excited, this is amazing. I’ve been waiting here for hours and didn’t think he would stop, I’m so glad he posed for a picture."
His reaction to her selfie request isn’t out of the ordinary as the royal family don’t tend to pose for photographs with fans.
William’s younger brother Harry has also previously revealed his dislike to selfies during his visit to Australia.
He told a fan aft the time: "No, I hate selfies. Seriously, you need to get out of it (the habit), I know you’re young, selfies are bad. Just take a normal photograph!"
Meanwhile, although he was hounded for photographs, William appeared to be having a great time in Norway with his heavily-pregnant wife Catherine as they were joined by the country’s Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit and their daughter Princess Ingrid Alexandra for a walk following their lunch in the palace.
