Britain’s Prince Harry tried to win back his ex-girlfriend by cooking her dinner.
The 29-year-old royal, who split from Cressida Bonas last month, reportedly spent time making her a romantic meal at Kensington Palace last week and wants to try and save their relationship.
According to Vanity Fair, his friends attempted to cheer him up by taking him for a night out in London at Chakana Club, where he was seen drinking shots, but he is still "smitten" with Cressida, who he dated on and off for about two years.
A source said: "His friends organised a night out for him because Harry has been so miserable lately. He is not over Cressida, and if he could have his way, he would be back with her.
"The ball is in her court as to whether they get back together. She loves Harry, but she really doesn’t love what comes with being a royal girlfriend."
The pair’s split was said to be amicable but Cressida, 25, was reportedly worried after seeing the attention Kate Middleton and husband Prince William received during their royal trip recently.
The source added: "Cressida watched Kate on the royal tour of Australia and New Zealand and totally freaked. She just said, ‘There’s no way I can do that’."
