Pixie Lott still talks to SCD pro partner

Pixie Lott still talks to her ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional partner.
The 25-year-old singer took part in the Ballroom and Latin show in 2014 but she has admitted she has remained close friends with dance ace Trent Whiddon ever since and he even surprised her by turning up to her performance of ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ in Canterbury recently.
Speaking to the Metro newspaper about the ongoing relationship, she said: "Yes, I love Trent [Whiddon]. He came to see me when we did the play in Canterbury with his wife, Gordana, who I love. She gave him some flowers to give me at the curtain call. It was supposed to be a surprise, because they live in Slovenia and I didn’t know they were there. He messed up the timing and missed it. Gordana was really annoyed but I saw them afterwards, which was nice."
And, although she was eliminated from the programme just before the final of the programme, Pixie believes she owes a lot to Trent because she wouldn’t have got involved in the dance style if it wasn’t for him.
She explained: "I wanted to stay to the final so I could learn all the different styles. I learned so much, especially from Trent. I would never have done ballroom and Latin otherwise. Doing it live every Saturday was an experience like nothing else."
And the blonde beauty – whose real name is Victoria Louise Lott – hopes she and Trent can take to the dance floor once again in the future so he can teach her the routines she missed out on perfecting on the show two years ago.
She said: "I didn’t do the Argentine tango [on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’]. Maybe Trent can teach me next time he’s back from Slovenia."
