Paul McCartney extends One On One tour

Sir Paul McCartney has extended his ‘One On One’ tour into the summer.
The Beatles legend kicked off the music extravaganza on April 13 in Fresno, California and intended to finish up in Berlin, Germany, on June 14, but has announced he has added a further eight dates to his itinerary stateside and will conclude the tour on August 17 in Cleveland, Ohio.
The news follows the 73-year-old rocker announcing last month that he was heading out on the road again and is showing no signs of slowing down.
His last solo stint was in 2015 on his ‘Out There’ tour, which finished in October.
Meanwhile, Sir Paul was joined on stage by former Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic, 50, at his concert in Seattle on Sunday night (04.17.16) for a rendition of classic Beatles song ‘Helter Skelter’ much to the delight of fans at the sold-out KeyArena.
And the star played for almost three hours with a setlist that included hits like ‘A Hard Day’s Night’, ‘FourFiveSeconds’ – his track with Kanye West and Rihanna – ‘Band On the Run’, ‘Live and Let Die’, ‘Lady Madonna’ and ‘Hey Jude’.
