Patsy Kensit’s ‘erotic’ Bowie experience

Patsy Kensit says David Bowie brushing her hair was "the most erotic thing that happened to me".
The 48-year-old actress was cast opposite the star in ‘Absolute Beginners’ when she was just 16 and says working with David – who passed away in January at the age of 69 after a secret cancer battle – was a dream come true.
She told The Times’ Weekend magazine: "He didn’t say a word and picked up this brush and just started brushing my hair. It felt like it went on forever, but it was probably five minutes. At that point it was probably the most erotic thing that had happened to me.
"When he passed [away] it really affected me. But wonderful to have been in a room with him, to have breathed the same air."
Patsy – who has two sons, James, 24, and Lennon, 16 – has been married four times; to Dan Donovan of Big Audio Dynamite, Simple Minds’ Jim Kerr, Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher and DJ Jeremy Healy, but insists she is still a "hopeless romantic".
She said: "I will say I am very sentimental. I will say I am still a hopeless romantic 100 per cent. I still believe in love. But I would never discuss that part of my life any more."
Patsy spent time in rehab in the past but explained she is not in a 12-step recovery any more and "occasionally has a glass of rosé".
She also revealed she dyes her hair because she "went grey at 23" and has "aggressive threading … I have a full beard if I don’t".
And while she has tried Botox in the past, she is no longer a fan.
She said: "I think Botox is great, but your face has to move. My face moves. I’m comfortable with my crow’s feet and laughter lines now."
