Duchess Catherine’s guard leaves files on plane

A policeman guarding Duchess Catherine while she travelled to the Caribbean left "secret" documents on a plane.
The file was found on the British Airways Boeing 777 jet which the Duchess of Cambridge and her six-month-old son Prince George boarded on their way to St Lucia before they caught a private plane to Mustique, according to The Sun newspaper.
Police have reportedly confirmed the mistake but insist the file did not contain any classified information.
This was the Duchess of Cambridge's - known as Kate Middleton before she wed Prince William - first holiday with George and she joined her family who were celebrating mother Carole Middleton's 59th birthday.
The brunette beauty was spotted leaving the plane carrying the tiny tot and although there were a number of people around them they managed to "escape their attention".
A source previously said: "Kate left the plane carrying her son like any other proud new mother. Everyone in her party had huge smiles on their faces as they walked across the tarmac to take a second, smaller plane, which took them on to Mustique.
"There were lots of other tourists surrounding them, but the Duchess and her little boy escaped their attention."
William was missing from the trip, having stayed behind in the UK to complete a 10-week-long agricultural course at Cambridge University.

Joe McElderry wants to do Strictly Come Dancing

Joe McElderry wants to compete on 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The former 'X Factor' winner thinks it would be "fun" to take part in BBC One's dance contest which pairs a star with a professional dancer before hailing a champion at the end of each series.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I would love to do something like 'Strictly Come Dancing'. That would be so much fun. I'm a bit of a frustrated dancer, so that would be nice."
Earlier this week Joe won 'The Jump' after he managed to pull off a 17.5m jump from a 40m ski ramp, beating fellow finalist Donal MacIntyre.
Although he sustained many injuries during his time on Channel 4's winter sports competition he insists he had a great time and would "do it all over again".
He explained: "I had a bruised arm, a bruised thigh, a bruised leg but mostly I was fortunate. It was only bruises. I did the Skeleton, which obviously wasn't shown on TV, but I bashed myself quite badly on the run down and I did fear for my life. I'm not afraid to admit it - I was petrified."
And added: "I would do it all over again. I had so much fun."

Philip Seymour Hoffman went to AA meetings

Philip Seymour Hoffman was still attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings days before he died.
The 'Capote' actor - who was found dead of an apparent heroin overdose at his New York apartment on Sunday (02.02.14) - had been attending the support meetings for over two decades, and recently confided to one group member he was struggling with "little situations" in life.
Jose Torres, who saw Philip at a meeting in Greenwich Village on January 24, recalled: "I told him to keep coming back, and he said, 'Yeah, I will'.
"I remember asking, 'How are you doing?' And he said, 'OK. There are the little situations in life. Life still shows up.'
"He went to a lot of different places, but he came here mostly."
Philip - who had been sober for 20 years before checking into rehab last May - was highly regarded by the other attendees at the meetings.
Jose added to the New York Post newspaper: "Everybody loved him, and he loved everybody no matter who you were."
And despite police finding 50 packets of heroin when they searched his home, Philip - who had children Cooper, 10, Tallulah, seven, and Willa, five, with long-term partner Mimi O'Donnell - was desperately trying to get sober.
Edward Donohue, who last saw the actor at a meeting two months ago, said:
"He was trying to get sober. He would speak sometimes . . . He might raise his hands and say something about what he was going through that day."

Justin Timberlake’s gran worries about marriage

Justin Timberlake's marriage is "hard going", says his grandma.
The singer-and-actor and wife Jessica Biel - who he wed in October 2012 - spend a lot of time apart because of their respective careers and his grandmother Sadie Bomar is worried the distance is going to damage their relationship.
She said: "They are married but they are so busy, both of them, it's hard going.
"I'm sure when it's right to have children they will, but not now.
"They do love each other dearly but they are apart so much it's going to be hard going for them."
Sadie says Jessica finds the distance particularly "tough", but she is hopeful the couple can overcome their problems - so long as they make more time for one another.
She added to The Sun newspaper: "I think Jessica finds that really tough. She's on her own a good deal.
"If he's not coming back at night that puts a strain on things, of course it does.
"It's hard to keep it all going but you have to have faith to keep it all going.
"I have faith in them and I believe they love each other dearly but I know they need time together."

Sean Penn and Charlize Theron set to wed

Sean Penn and Charlize Theron want to get married.
The couple - who made their first public appearance together three weeks ago - have only been dating a few months, but now the 'Milk' star has moved in with his girlfriend and her adopted son Jackson, two, they are talking about taking their relationship further.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "Sean is head over heels in love with Charlize, and her son Jackson.
"He is a totally different person around Charlize, she brings out the gentle and fun side that not many people have seen of Sean. To see this previously surly grown man, romping around Charlize's backyard with Jackson, with a smile on his face would amaze Sean's detractors. Charlize is getting Sean to not take himself to seriously.
"The two began talking about marriage in the last few weeks, after Sean moved into Charlize's house. She has never wanted to get married, but seeing how Sean interacts with Jackson, she is having a change of heart.
"For the longest time, Charlize thought it was just going to be her and Jackson, and she was OK with that. For her to now be talking about getting married is a huge departure for Charlize."
While it may seem like their relationship is moving quickly, friends of 53-year-old Sean - who divorced second wife Robin Wright in 2010 after 14 years of marriage - and Charlize, 38, say it is to be expected.
The insider said: "They've known each other for over a decade, and have always been friends, so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that things are getting serious so fast."
And the actor - who has children Dylan, 23, and Hopper, 20, with Robin - is even talking about adopting Charlize's son if they marry.
The source said: "Sean is in a very good place right now. He has been single for awhile after his divorce with Robin Wright. People didn't realise how hard he took that divorce.
"He felt like a really big failure, he never wanted to be divorced. Charlize is truly the light in his life. He is even talking about adopting Jackson if they get married!"

Ciara still deciding on wedding dress designer

Ciara is still deciding on her wedding dress designer.
The 'Goodies' singer got engaged to rapper Future last October and is planning to tie the knot later this year, but she's still choosing between her friends Peter Dundas, Emilio Pucci and Riccardo Tisci as to who should make her gown for her big day.
The 28-year-old beauty - who is known for her edgy look - already has her heart set on a "classic and simple" frock, but is also keen on a "very American" style.
A friend told the New York Post newspaper: "She doesn't want overpowered craziness."
Ciara is due to give birth to her first child in the Spring but she's adamant she'll shed her baby weight in time for her wedding.
The friend added: "By summer she'll be bikini-body ready."
The brunette beauty is heavily involved in planning the nuptials as she wants to make sure every little detail is "perfect".
She said previously: "I think I'll be part bridezilla, I'm not going to lie. But I want to be a happy one. I still want it to be a fun process, but I want the dress to be perfect, I want the cake to be perfect, I want the food to be perfect. We're both looking forward to it."

George Clooney loves Monuments Men plot

George Clooney loves the story of 'Monuments Men' because it explores aspects of Adolf Hitler which aren't common knowledge.
The 52-year-old Hollywood legend directed, wrote and produced the forthcoming film adaptation of Robert M. Edsel's book of the same name - full title 'The Monuments Men: Allied Heroes, Nazi Thieves and the Greatest Treasure Hunt in History'.
He was thrilled that he was able to tell an unknown story in the film which follows an Allied group who try and save pieces of art and other items of cultural importance before their destruction by German dictator and leader of the Nazi Party, Hitler, during the Second World War.
Clooney told Variety.com: "I had some understanding that Hitler was stealing s**t. I didn't understand he was taking all of it. They don't teach that in school. That's why I loved the story. We figured at this point, we've done so many WWII movies, there really aren't any new ones. You have to get around to someone as smart as Quentin [Tarantino with 'Inglourious Basterds'], who can burn Hitler in a movie theatre to do something different."
Clooney worked alongside friends and previous co-stars, including Matt Damon, Bill Murray and John Goodman in the wartime drama and was delighted with how helpful they were when the weather disrupted their filming while they were shooting scenes in the Harz Mountains in Northern Germany.
He says: "It starts to snow. You couldn't get f***ed worse.
"There's John Goodman and Bill Murray and Matt Damon all picking up camera boxes and carrying them down this hill with the crew.
"Bill and John would come to the set when they weren't even in scenes. It was really sweet."

Luisa Zissman: I preferred Apprentice to Big Brother

Luisa Zissman preferred 'The Apprentice' to 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
The 26-year-old star - who came fourth in the latest series of the Channel 5 reality show last week - has admitted she found her time inside the famous reality TV house quite boring compared to the rush of Lord Sugar's business-themed challenges on the BBC One competition.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the UK gala screening of 'Mr. Peabody and Sherman' in London on Saturday (01.02.14), she said: "I probably preferred 'The Apprentice' just because 'Big Brother' is quite boring sometimes. On 'The Apprentice' you're out and also you're interacting with other people and you're challenged."
Luisa came in second place on 'The Apprentice' last year, narrowly missing out on becoming Lord Alan Sugar's business partner, and she claims he didn't choose her as the winner because she's too wild for him.
When asked what he would've thought about her antics in the Big Brother house, she said: "He was probably rolling his eyes and saying 'typical'. That's why he didn't invest in me. I'm too crazy for him, too crazy for Sugar."
The sex-crazed housemate also revealed she tried to escape the Big Brother house because she was so bored.
Luisa said: "I really liked doing the tasks because you get so bored in there. The best thing was escaping, though. I was constantly escaping, like running 'round the camera runs and climbing over things and busting out of jail. It was my personal challenge to escape from Big Brother."

EastEnders’ Lacey Turner wants Slaters reunion

Lacey Turner wants to reunite the Slaters on 'EastEnders'.
The 25-year-old actress will return to the BBC One soap as Stacey Branning this month and she admits she wants to bring back her on-screen mum Gillian Wright (Jean Slater) and uncle Derek Martin (Charlie Slater).
She told Inside Soap magazine: "Scenes with the Slaters were always my favourite thing. I'd like to have all of them back. It'd be great if we could get Derek Martin and Gillian Wright, but I know I'm a bit biased."
Stacey will have one family member in Walford when she returns in Kat Moon (Jessie Wallace), who is shocked to discover that her fugitive cousin is back in London after escaping the country when Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) framed the soap favourite for her stabbing in 2010.
Lacey said: "Stacey's fuming when Kat spots her! She's had a nice life since she left and she's got a lovely little set-up. Then Kat sticks her nose in and could ruin everything."
The actress looks forward to her on-screen alter-ego reuniting with her former lover Max Branning (Jake Wood), with whom she shared numerous dramatic scenes.
She added: "I think it would be nice for Stacey to see Max, but I can't imagine it would go smoothly ... not in 'EastEnders'. I think she loves Max but not in a sexual way - although you never know with those two!"

Jennifer Garner my children are my priority

Jennifer Garner says her children take priority over her career.
The 'Dallas Buyers Club' actress says she and her husband Ben Affleck always try to put their kids Violet, eight, Seraphina, five, and 23-month-old Samuel ahead of any big movie offers, and make sure to plan their schedules around their needs.
Asked whether she wanted Ben to take on the time-consuming role of Batman in the upcoming 'Man of Steel' sequel, she said: "Of course I was in favour of him doing the part. But the kids don't really get it. They don't really know those films. They'll understand soon enough but right now that's a bit of a fog for them. Thankfully we don't look at the year ahead and go, 'OK I'll work these two months, you stay at home.'
"It's more like, 'This has come up.' So before we panic and say we can't do it, let's sit down together and see if we can make it happen. Maybe Brad [Pitt] and Angelina [Jolie] can plan their lives like that, but it doesn't work like that for us."
The 41-year-old brunette admits compromise is what makes her marriage work and she is happy to sacrifice roles for the sake of Ben, and vice versa.
In an interview with Radio Times magazine, Jennifer said: "After I did 'Dallas Buyers Club' I took another break because I wanted to be around for Ben when he was travelling with 'Argo'. I felt like I needed to be there with him, which wasn't a decision I took lightly. But Ben had been home while I was working and, really, we just try and make it work."
