Man charged with trespassing Buckingham Palace

A man has been charged with trespassing after being caught allegedly wandering the grounds of Buckingham Palace.
Victor Miller, 37, was arrested by police last September when he was caught inside the London residence of Queen Elizabeth after allegedly climbing over a fence to get in just before midnight.
Miller, who is unemployed and comes from east London, has been bailed and is expected to appear before Westminster Magistrates' Court in London, on March 4.
Officers also arrested a second man, 38, as he was caught just outside the grounds around the same time, but he was released on bail and no further action has been taken since.
Last month, David Belmar, 44, was jailed for 16 months after he tried to get into the royal estate, while carrying a knife, back in October.
At the hearing in January, he claimed he carried out the crime because he was feeling "frustrated and desperate" over his incapacity benefit being cut.
Belmar - who had admitted trespass and possession of a knife at a previous hearing - suffered paranoid schizophrenia since 2002 but was on medication for the condition, and Judge Michael Gledhill QC said at the trial it had "absolutely nothing to do" with the offences.

Prince George to tour Australia

Britain's Prince George is to tour Australia.
General Peter Cosgrove accidentally let slip that the eight-month-old tot will definitely be joining his mother and father, the duke and duchess of Cambridge, on their trip Down Under in April.
Speaking to Australian press, he said: "That's going to be a very welcome visit.
"They'll bring with them Prince George, the little one.
"They'll be in Sydney and then in Canberra after their sojourn in New Zealand.
"There's sort of an arm's distance hosting in the sense that we want them to be able to relax, so the idea would be to greet them, settle them in - but very briefly - and then leave them to enjoy the delights of Sydney."
The royal couple - who married in 2011 - had remained tight-lipped about whether their son would be joining them on the trip and were expected to announce the news nearer the time.
After General Cosgrove realised he may have said something he shouldn't have, he quickly added: "I hope he's [George] coming.
"I don't know - I'm not yet the governor-general.
"I think every Aussie who likes the idea of royal couples having their children with them on tour will hope that's the case, but let's wait and see."
Past generations of the royal family, including Queen Elizabeth, have always left their children at home with aides, but the tradition was broken when Prince Charles and his late wife Princess Diana took William with them to Australia in March 1983 when he was just nine months old.

Earl and Countess take private jet to St Mortiz

Britain's Earl and Countess of Wessex took a private jet to St Mortiz.
The royal couple - who married in 1999 - and their two children Lady Louise,10, and James, six, flew to Switzerland earlier this week for a family ski trip, but decided against a low budget airline.
The royal family have been urged to use scheduled flights to reduce their carbon footprint and save money, but it is believed Prince Edward, 49, Sophie, 49, and their children were the only passengers on-board the plane, apart from two assistants.
It is not known who paid for the ski trip.
However, in 2002, Queen Elizabeth paid her son Edward and Sophie £250,000 to quit their careers to help her and her husband Prince Philip with their royal duties by attending more charity events.
Meanwhile, Prince William and his wife Duchess Catherine - who have eight-month-old son Prince George - took an EasyJet flight to the French Alps during their week-long ski trip in 2012.
The royal couple - who got married in 2011 - were then escorted off the plane, before driving back to their cottage in Wales in a swanky Range Rover.

Ant and Dec don’t get bored of winning awards

Ant and Dec don't take their success for granted.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' and 'I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!' presenters won Best Entertainment Presenter at the National Television Awards last month for the thirteenth year in a row as well as the Landmark Award - which was awarded in recognition of their TV achievements over the last 25 years - but the duo claim they'll never get bored of receiving prizes.
Dec said: "We never take it for granted. We don't expect to win anything. We work hard on our shows and we hope people will want to watch them. People ask us, 'Does it get boring turning up to the NTAs and always winning', but it's the opposite."
The 38-year-old TV personality - whose full name is Declan Donnelly - also admitted that he's worried about the day when they no longer win awards.
He added: "It's nerve-wracking because, one of these days, we're not going to win it and someone else will be getting all the applause."
Meanwhile, Ant - full name Anthony McPartlin - thinks the pair have done so well in their career because, for the most part, they avoid the showbiz lifestyle.
He told The Sun newspaper: "We did our drinking away from all the paps. We get lots of invites to things but we didn't bother going. We don't do openings or premieres. Going to a premiere is like work.
"We're more pub and football guys rather walking the red carpets."

Mr Selfridge gets third series

ITV has commissioned 'Mr Selfridge' for a third series.
The hit period drama starring Jeremy Piven will return for a new series next year, reports RadioTimes.com reports.
The show - which also stars Amanda Abbington and Katherine Kelly - is currently airing on Sunday nights, but has struggled in the ratings opposite BBC One's big budget action drama 'The Musketeers', which has also been picked up for a new series.
The news is sure to please fans of 'Mr Selfridge', which has been a huge hit for ITV along with 'Downton Abbey' and 'Broadchurch', and it seems lead actor Jeremy's family are among the show's biggest fans.
The 48-year-old star said previously: "The response to the first series was amazing. My mother is an acting teacher and it's the first time she has given me brilliant feedback about one of my shows. She loved it, as did my niece, who is eight years old. It's a show that appeals to all ages.
"I have been to Selfridges since the show aired and I have had some funny looks in there. Once a woman came up to me asking if I could talk to 'my staff' as she had a query about in-store manicures and pedicures. I still have no idea if she was joking or not!"

Hollyoaks’ James Sutton praises Keith Rice

James Sutton has praised "brilliant" co-star Keith Rice.
The 'Hollyoaks' stars are embroiled in a harrowing sexual abuse storyline and James, who plays John Paul McQueen, thinks youngster Keith (Finn O'Connor) is doing a great job handling the sensitive subject matter.
He gushed: "Keith's brilliant. He's taking it so seriously. He's only a young lad and this is the first time he's had a really big storyline and he's taking it so seriously. He's been a delight, he really has."
James' character is at the centre of a male rape storyline and he and Keith, along with a host of other actors, have worked diligently to ensure the plot is tackled with care.
He exclusively explained to BANG Showbiz: "We talk a lot, Keith and I, and Charlie Wernham, who plays Robbie, and Lizzie Roper, who plays Sam, Steve Billington, who plays Danny ... that's my little clique at the moment. And also Diane Langton, who plays Nana McQueen. We all talk quite a lot about the scenes we're shooting, we always throw ideas around, and we tell the directors to make sure we don't leave anything to chance.
"We always make sure we're on the same page, which is really great to be part of a team like that where you're not afraid to suggest things to each other and help each other out, and we're very quick to tell each other when we've done something really good. It's really, really lovely."
'Hollyoaks' airs weeknights on Channel 4.

Kelle Bryan: Eternal reunion has been ‘cathartic’

Kelle Bryan has found Eternal's reunion "cathartic".
'The Big Reunion' star - who was famously fired from the band by fax in 1998 - has got back together with sisters Easther and Vernie Bennett for the second series of the ITV2 reality show and admits the process has helped heal old grudges.
She said: "I feel like it's been quite cathartic, actually. This forced us to think about ourselves, our decisions, why we did what we did, and forced us to face it and deal with it.
"The interviews for the show have been like counselling sessions. No stone has been left unturned. I've been saying that if we didn't go on to do anything else after this, that initial chat when we first sat down together again and worked through all the stuff that caused the damage in the first place ... for me, it was all worth it. Anything else that comes now is just a bonus."
The 'I Wanna Be the Only One' hitmakers have "cleared the air" according to Vernie, who, along with sister Easther, hadn't spoken to Kelle since the group's demise in 2000.
Vernie told Gay Times magazine: "We're mature now. The mistake we made, we made because of who we were then. Nothing's going to change that. The reason why we're able to turn things around is because of who we are now. It's all about moving forward."

Oprah Winfrey loves being alone

Oprah Winfrey "recharges" by being alone.
The 60-year-old talk show host - who has been in a relationship with author and speaker Stedman Graham since 1986 - is always content to be on her own and never worried about not having other people to do things with.
She said: "[My best friend] Gayle [King] will tell you, Stedman will tell you that I am really happy being with myself and my thoughts. Gayle will say, "What are you doing? Are you being alone with your thoughts?
"I really get recharged from being alone. I spend a lot of time - I mean Stedman's on the road a lot so I spend a lot of time with myself and the dogs and I really enjoy that because I never feel like, 'Oh gee, I don't have anybody to do anything with or..' and I spend more time alone than anybody would even imagine."
And when she is home alone, Oprah doesn't even need the background noise of her TV to keep her company.
Her friend Gayle said: She could live in a house and never turn on a TV. I can't imagine but it's true.
"I've been to her house sometimes and she doesn't even know how to turn on the TV, like 'Where is the remote?' She's just not one of these people that's a big TV watcher. So she's not -- it's not something that she's just saying. It's true."
However, the 'Butler' actress insists she couldn't live without her beloved books.
Speaking on 'Piers Morgan Live', she said: "Now, I'm content being alone but if you put me alone and they were no books around and there was no way to have any kind of, you know, engagement with the outside world through books that would be a very sad situation."

Charlie Sheen’s fiancee is married

Charlie Sheen's new fianceé is already married.
The 'Anger Management' star got engaged to Brett Rossi earlier this month but he won't be able to make her his fourth wife for some time as she is in the process of divorcing her spouse Jonathan Ross.
Jonathan - who is representing himself in the proceedings - filed for divorce from the porn star on July 18 2013, but she didn't file a response until January 30 2014, two weeks before she got engaged to Charlie.
Brett - who had been married to Jonathan for a year - is being represented in the case by Charlie's lawyer Mark Gross, and insiders expect the proceedings to be resolved quite soon.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "The divorce between Brett and Jonathan is going to be finalised in the next few months, if not sooner. There isn't anything that is being contested."
Charlie - who already has grown-up daughter Cassandra with former girlfriend Paula Profitt, daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, with second wife Denise Richards and twin sons Bob and Max, four, with former spouse Brooke Mueller - recently admitted he is "open" to having kids with his 24-year-old fiancee, but says they don't plan to do so just yet.
He said: "I'm having way too much fun with her right now. So much fun it should be illegal."
Charlie married for the first time in 1995, to Donna Peele, but they split a year later.

Katy Perry hosted private BRITs party

Katy Perry held a private party after the BRIT Awards last night (19.02.14).
The 'Roar' hitmaker - who had performed at the ceremony at London's The O2 earlier in the evening - was joined at the bash at The Box nightspot by stars including BBC Radio 1 presenter Nick Grimshaw, Lorde, Jessie J and Pixie Lott,
Katy dashed to the club from Universal Music and Soho House's after party at One Embankment in central London, where she played a 30-minute DJ set with BRIT winners Lorde and Ellie Goulding.
Nick, 29, was partying at Warner Music's bash at The Savoy Hotel, sponsored by Belvedere Vodka, before he announced he was heading to party with Katy.
He tried to drag pal Douglas Booth along before jumping into a taxi with a group of friends, which included comedian Jack Whitehall and Peaches Geldof.
Nick, who also hung out with Disclosure and Kate Moss while party-jumping during the night, later posted a photograph with Katy on his Instagram, along with the caption: "Mom & Dad are out for the night."
The presenter is rumoured to be in the running to replace James Corden as the host of the BRIT Awards next year.
