Ozzy Osbourne will never make a country album

Ozzy Osbourne has promised fans he will never make a country album.
The 67-year-old rocker is currently on a farewell tour with Black Sabbath and he is excited to make a new solo LP, his first since 2010’s ‘Scream’.
Rock legend Ozzy has noticed the trend for many of his peers, such as Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler to experiment with country music, but he is adamant that he will be staying true to his metal roots.
In an interview with RollingStone.com, he said: "Not me, thank you. Personally, I think you should stick to what you know best. If Steven having a good time with it, who am I to complain? But it would be absurd for me to do that. I don’t mind country, but the ‘Prince of Darkness’ with a cowboy hat? I’m a rock ‘n’ roller, not a f***ing country bumpkin!"
Black Sabbath – also comprised of Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler – will call time on their incredible career with their final show in their hometown of Birmingham next February.
Ozzy – who has had to work to save his marriage to Sharon Osbourne after it was revealed he had been having multiple affairs due to his struggle with sex addiction – isn’t feeling too sentimental about the end of the ‘Paranoid’ rockers at the moment but he is sure it will hit him when the curtain draws to a close.
He said: "Right now I’m having a blast. I suppose I may have a different head on when we do the last show … I used to resent going out on the road. But now it’s fun. Nobody gets stoned. Nobody gets drunk. We’ve been doing some great shows."
