Olly Murs wants to win a BRIT Award.
The ‘You Don’t Know Love’ singer says each year he works as hard as possible in hope of picking up a gong at the prestigious music ceremony held in London.
In an interview with the Metro newspaper, he said: "I’d love to win a BRIT Award. That would be an amazing achievement and it’s what I work towards every year. I’ll keep working hard and one day hopefully I will win one."
Meanwhile, the Essex hunk admits he’s a "workaholic" and that it contributed to the break down of his relationship to his long-term girlfriend Francesca Thomas.
Asked what his flaws are, he said: "I’m a workaholic. I’ve been like that ever since I was a paperboy.
"It’s just part of who I am. I like to work work work as Rihanna would say.
"In a relationship, you need to make other people a priority but my work was the priority."
The 32-year-old singer penned the track ‘Back Around’ about Francesca and he hopes it will inspire her to take him back.
Talking about the track on his latest album ’24 Hrs’, he previously said: "This song, it’s me saying, ‘I let you down. I should have been a better boyfriend.’ I’m openly admitting that, and maybe if you bring your love back around, we could make this work."
