Ollie Locke once dated a clown

Ollie Locke once dated a clown.
The ‘Made in Chelsea’ hunk – who came out as bisexual in 2011 and gay last year – hasn’t had much luck on the dating scene over the years so it comes as no surprise that he once rocked up to dinner with a man who was wearing big, red, chunky, shoes.
He said: "I’ve had wonderful relationships, wonderful dates and disastrous dates. I once went on a date with a guy who was a professional clown and he came out wearing actual clown shoes! Every date you go on is good practice and story for your friends."
Although his love life has been far from vibrant, the 29-year-old hunk isn’t prepared to give up hope and is convinced he’ll eventually find someone nice to settle down with.
He explained to Star magazine: "(I want to find) Someone nice. If they’re lovely, it helps an awful lot. And I like tall people. If you’re tall, get in touch …
"I’m perfectly lonely, which is quite sad, really. I’ve been so busy filming for ‘Made in Chelsea’ and creating my new dating app [Chappy]."
Meanwhile, in July last year, the socialite revealed he was looking for a male companion as being in a relationship with his now-ex-girlfriend Catherine Louise Radford – who he split from in 2015 – made him realise he’s no longer bisexual.
Speaking about the previous series of the E4 reality show – which was set in Cannes – he said: "It’s the first time the viewers have seen me as gay instead of bi. I do say the words ‘I am a gay man.’"
Ollie admitted that the series was a "big" deal for him as he’s never "openly" talked about his sexuality.
He said: "For me, this is a big series because I’m talking very openly about gay life, which I have never really done before.
"I lived with a woman last year when I was off camera, we had two dogs together.
"And then we broke up and in December I thought, ‘That’s it now, I think I’m now gay.’"
