Olivia Attwood’s granddad has died.
The 26-year-old TV star penned an emotional tribute to her late grandpa on Instagram following his death on Sunday (13.09.20).
Sharing an old photograph of her grandpa smiling and cuddling his grandchildren, she wrote: "Yesterday we lost our lovely Grandpa. He was an extraordinary person who achieved so many amazing things. (He was one of the two first ever Canadians awarded the Woodrow Wilson Fellowship, to name just one) but more importantly than that he was the most wonderful grandfather and adored by many.
"I may not of inherited your intellect.. but I hope I inherited some of your endless charm and zest for life. You will be missed terribly. Until we see you again. (sic)"
The ‘TOWIE’ star later shared her tough day on her Instagram Stories as she tried to carry on as normal, writing: "Big fake smiles all day coming up"
A number of her famous friends sent their condolences.
Fellow ‘Love Island’ star India Reynolds commented: "So sorry babe! Sending you so much love! (sic)"
Reality star Charlotte Dawson wrote: "Thinking of you my girl sending all my love! (sic)"
And fellow ‘TOWIE’ star Lauren Pope added: "Sending lots of love"
Former ‘Love Island’ star Olivia recently revealed she will be "missing" on ‘TOWIE’ later in the series, because she has been shooting her own reality show, ‘Meets Her Match’.
She said: "I will go missing a little bit later in the series due to commitments to my own show but I am involved in the tenth anniversary show."
