Nicole Scherzinger is a "psychopath" on ‘The X Factor’.
The 38-year-old singer has just returned to the singing show as a judge alongside Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell and, although it has only just started, host Dermot O’Leary is convinced her act will win because she has them up at the crack of dawn practicing every day.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I’m backing Scherz to win because when Scherz gets in the studio, she’s a psychopath. She gets her acts up in the morning. You know you get that Sergeant Major who just beats everyone. That’s essentially her in music judge form. She doesn’t hold back."
However, although there’s competition between all four judges, Nicole has admitted they’re a family and like to sit down to have a meal together after every Sunday show.
She explained: "I didn’t see the show last year but that’s just because I don’t watch TV … I feel like what is so great about this panel is that the relationships speak for themselves. Everything just feels really natural and organic … We’re like a little family, we all hang out. Actually, every Sunday we used to have a family dinner together and we’re gonna bring it back."
Meanwhile, the 38-year-old beauty may be tied up mentoring her acts but she always finds time to work out.
She said: "I’ve been laying out in the sun a lot but I think when I get ready for the show, which is like now, I’ll start working out pretty hard. Obviously I want my thighs and that to look good."
